Divorciarte no es solo perder a tu pareja, hay muchas otras pérdidas y roles a los que tienes que renunciar, y eso complica el camino del duelo. Lloras la muerte del amor, pero también te despides de la convivencia, del proyecto de vida y hasta de actividades cotidianas que ni disfrutabas tanto. Siempre nos quejamos de la rutina, pero cuando no la tenemos, se añora.
Por más doloroso que sea, lo que tienes que intentar es encontrar alegría en ciertas cosas, empezar a divertirte otra vez y poco a poco crear una nueva realidad para ti y (si tienes) tus hijos. No necesariamente va a ser mejor, pero tampoco tiene por qué ser peor, simplemente será diferente.
Hombres y mujeres sufren, cada uno lo canaliza diferente, y la pregunta no es realmente qué tan rápido o fácil rehace cada quien su vida, sino qué tan capaz se es para buscar ser feliz a pesar de una separación.
