Son 2 cosas muy distintas estar sola y otra sentirse sola. En algunas ocaciones pasa que, aunque estes con muchas personas, sientes que te falta alguien o algo y no sabes ni que onda de porque te sientes así. Afortunadamente gracias a la tecnología, la neta nunca estamos “solos”, pero si lo piensas con cabeza fría y de forma hasta positiva, pasar tiempo realmente sola te puede ayudar muchísimo. Solo no dejes que la soledad se adueñe de ti, eso es super importante, porque es igual de dañina que una enfermedad terminal. Piénsalo bien, estar lejos de tu familia o sin pareja, no tiene porque ser algo perturbador, el rollo esta cuando la soledad te empieza a destruir. ¡Porque te quiero te cuido!
