SPEAKER_01 (00:00):
What if your burnout
isn't just stress, but your
body's way of screaming thatyou're completely out of
alignment with who you reallyare?
In this episode, HolisticHealer, Eva Venari reveals how
she came back from the edge ofchronic illness and now helps
high achievers reverse fatigueand reclaim their lives by
working on both the lab data andthe quantum field.
(00:21):
Let's dive in.
SPEAKER_02 (00:25):
In order to be
happy, because if you're not,
it's going to reveal itself.
It's going to show in prematureaging, it's going to show up in
chronic illness, it's going toshow up in early death, living
out your life propped up onmedications for 20 years before
you die in an old people's home.
This is not what we envisionwhen we come here.
Take the time.
Most people don't.
They do not take the time.
Look out into your future.
(00:45):
If you continue doing whatyou're doing today, is this what
you want to be doing 10 yearsfrom now?
Because if you don't put in theeffort, nothing's going to
change.
SPEAKER_01 (01:06):
This is From Wounds
to Wisdom with Barbie Moreno.
Real talk, deep healing, andstories that turn pain into
power.
Let's dive in.
On this episode of From Woundsto Wisdom, we welcome Eva
Venari, true holistic healer andfounder of the Elevate
Institute.
After healing herself fromchronic illness and burnout, Eva
(01:28):
now helps high achievers restorehealth and balance by blending
science with ancient energypractices.
Join us as we explore her uniqueapproach to healing the body,
mind, and soul.
Welcome, Eva.
Thanks for having me.
Today I would love to talk aboutlike the quantum field and all
of those good things.
It's super, super fun and stuffthat we generally don't talk
(01:51):
about.
Tell us a little bit about youbefore we get into the fun
stuff.
SPEAKER_02 (01:54):
I don't think I've
seen anybody else on Facebook
fill out as many interests intheir profile as I have.
I win.
So it's time, I have thatconstant curiosity in life.
I want to know about things.
I don't want 30 years of thesame in life.
I want to know about flying, which I get to be a pilot.
I want to know about playing aninstrument.
I get to play in Philharmonics.
(02:14):
I want to know about riding ahorse.
So I go and buy a horse.
I just go and do it.
I decide if I'm going to do thistoday.
So that's who I am.
SPEAKER_01 (02:20):
I'm that type of
person too.
And I drive my husbandabsolutely insane.
Although I am aware that buyinga horse is a little bit out of
my price range at this point.
So you do all of these differentfun things, but I know you have
a story of burnout.
I know you have a story that, you know, you weren't nearly as
fun as you are today.
So give us a background on that.
SPEAKER_02 (02:37):
It starts with being
in a place as a child where we
put the fun in dysfunction, butdidn't know it was
dysfunctional.
And that can suppress you fromall of your expression, who you
are, what you're about, becauseyou get bullied or made fun of
by people who are supposed tolove you.
And that was where it started.
So the suppression of who I was, let's isolate.
(03:01):
I don't feel safe in my home.
That turned into this person whowas very much of a sh, I was a
shell of a person.
Until I finally moved out.
And then once I moved out, justcompletely shifted and changed.
And when my body had thisability to finally relax, is
when I noticed how burned out Iwas.
When you say you moved out, howold were you when you moved out?
(03:22):
Oh, if I could move out at 13, Iwould have.
SPEAKER_01 (03:24):
It was so this
journey started at 18.
You weren't like, you know, um,somebody who went to a regular
job and then burned out and allof that stuff.
SPEAKER_02 (03:33):
That was eventually
what happened.
And that revealed itself when Irealized I wasn't working in my
purpose.
It was kind of a one-two punch.
Let's start you off with a bodythat was raised on Pop Tarts and
Doritos and Capri Suns.
This was my nutrition.
Nobody knew any better.
Raised on microwave foods.
(03:54):
Like at some point, my mom fellin love with the microwave and
she was making our birthdaycakes with the microwave.
Oh, wow, fun.
Yes.
Not to demonize anyone oranything that's just they didn't
know that it was going to be aproblem.
So my body didn't have thenutrition it needed, and I was
already depressed.
Well, when you're alreadydepressed, and I don't just mean
like, oh, I feel sad for myself,it's when the body can't
(04:16):
function at its ideal.
You can't get the proper sleep.
You're not thinking straight.
You're not going to make gooddecisions.
And so I ended up makingdecisions that were based on
what other people were tellingme were important.
Oh, Eva, don't get a job in art.
You'll be a starving artist.
Get a job in something that weknow is going to pay you well.
Well, the things that would payme well depressed me more and
(04:37):
didn't feed me as a human.
It was demoralizing.
So one bad decision led toanother, which made me feel
worse.
And that is the cycle of what Iwould call burnout that
eventually turned into chronicfatigue, anxiety, insomnia,
depression, fibromyalgia, itchyscan, heart palpitations,
infertility, short-term memoryloss, arthritis, all of these
things, in addition toperimenopause at the age of 28.
(04:59):
These things that's not normal.
SPEAKER_01 (05:01):
It seems like it's
normal in our society now,
though, right?
Like this is just kind of theway people live.
We ignore our authentic self.
We do things that we're notaligned with because we're told
we have to make a certain amountof money, have a house, have two
and a half kids, or one and ahalf kids, whatever it is you're
supposed to have, two to threecars, you know, all of these
different things.
And so we give up ourselves andwe we become this thing that is
(05:23):
not aligned.
SPEAKER_02 (05:24):
It doesn't fit into
the mold of what our social
support team has decided isappropriate.
And you have to be a little bitof a rebellious person to find
your authentic self and maintainit, keep it, and guard it with
your life because that's whatit's going to take.
It's courageous.
You are now a soldier foryourself.
(05:46):
Tell us what all of this quantumstuff is.
The quantum space is where I wastold I'm to build an army.
It's all of the unseen parts ofour world.
The quantum is where ourphysical body finally converges
to show what we've been trulythinking and feeling.
The quantum space is where thatbegins.
So when you have a thought, it'snot actually in your head, it's
(06:08):
outside of you.
So anything outside of thephysical body, I would call that
a quantum space.
SPEAKER_01 (06:16):
And many things can
occur there.
For the average person, let'stalk about when you say a
thought is not in your head,it's you know out in this
quantum space.
What's the consequence ofthoughts?
Thoughts are things.
SPEAKER_02 (06:28):
So what you think is
what you experience.
It's how you think is what endsup being your reality.
That means that you can adjustyour reality through your
thoughts.
You're not going to be able tochange what's black into a
purple by looking at it andthinking it.
It starts with before you getthe physical thing in your hand.
(06:50):
And that's true with everythingin life.
It's it's all about what you'recreating outside of what you
see.
What you see is just areflection of what you're
feeling and thinking inside.
SPEAKER_01 (06:58):
You coach people and
work with people in all of these
different things.
I'm an overachiever woman tryingto prove my worth in the world.
And I want to come to you.
I'm exhausted.
My life is just not working forme.
I feel like every day that Iwake up, it is hard and I don't
like it, but I need the moneythat I make to survive because I
have children and I have a houseand all of these different
things.
Tell me how your way of lookingat the world and teaching
(07:21):
people, what would you do withme?
SPEAKER_02 (07:22):
The first thing I
would do, just because you
described exactly where I was.
That's where I was when Istarted.
I had two girls, little ones, their father had passed away.
I was raising them on my ownwith no to lit little to no and
the job market, women, glassceiling.
So we have all of these funsituations where we're gotta
have the job and we're takingcare of the kids.
(07:44):
And uh I understand thatintimately well.
So meet the person exactly wherethey are.
And tired, fatigued, the body'snot working the way that you
want it to, I think it should, expect it to.
You're right.
Let's meet you there.
And so we work at the physicalbody and get that to start to
function on a level where youcan start to believe in it
(08:04):
again.
Because many people who come tome are complaining about all
these things.
I don't like my body, I don'tlike my work, I don't like my
job, I don't like my life, Idon't like that.
I'm a single parent.
I don't like these, I don'tlike.
They don't have the emotionalenergy or the bandwidth in their
mind to even think up a newthought.
They're so busy surviving andthe body's not responding.
(08:25):
So they've lost faith in it andthey feel betrayed by it.
My body's falling apart, it'snot working the way it should.
I got a lemon for a body.
No, you didn't.
It's it's the starting there.
Let's get the body supported.
And that is a much easierprocess than we think.
And it has absolutely nothing todo with the quantum space, but
it's where we start.
SPEAKER_01 (08:44):
For somebody who's
not in the quantum space and not
in that that space, I know a lotof people who try to just kind
of jump and then they just m endup miserable because they're
like, they're not good enoughfor this, but they're they don't
want to be here, right?
So they're like sitting in thislike um purgatory where they're
they're trying to be somethingthat they're not because they
didn't take the steps that theyneed, and and then they're
(09:07):
trying to take the steps thatthey need, but then they don't
want to go back to their oldlife because that's miserable.
So we need meet them wherethey're at.
Yes, love that.
Okay, so I'm doing the work,I've been with you for a bit
now.
Uh, I'm feeling physicallybetter.
My mindset's starting to shift.
When do you introduce all ofthis quantum stuff?
SPEAKER_02 (09:27):
So, this is the fun
part because I'll get on a phone
call with a client.
How are you doing?
So, when we first start, it'smore like uh that fake fine.
No, you're not.
I'm like shitty.
It's been a shit day.
So that conversation shifts, andafter a while it turns into a
story.
This happened today, and that'susually about relationshipping,
(09:50):
it's about how things arestarting to unfold.
And they now that's evidence forme that they have more of a
freeway of the mind.
More energy is being availablefor them to think, to feel, to
process.
Ah, okay, interesting.
So then they stop.
It's a hundred percent true.
(10:10):
You didn't ask me about how myday went like this.
I just told you stories.
Probably has nothing to do withmy healing.
So let's get back to it.
And I'm like, actually, you justgave me insight as to what's
going on inside your body.
And I said, this could be ahealing reaction that a heavy
metal has kept that memory ofyour trauma stuck in the body
for years, and now it's finallycoming out, and you have the
(10:31):
energy and the mental capacityand the emotional bandwidth to
process it.
And we have some choices here.
We can either wave at thismemory and watch it go by, or we
can see if there's other meaningin it for you so you don't
repeat the issue in the future.
And I'll ask them, you want toexplore this more deeply?
Almost a hundred percent.
(10:52):
Yeah, let's dig in.
And it could be anywhere from abelief, and this gets them
starting with the idea, oh my Ididn't realize that this belief
that I've been holding on to,that either a parent or a loved
one or they just learned, pickedup from society because Gen Xers
especially, we raised eachother.
So we pick up things that arenot true and we bring them into
(11:13):
adulthood thinking they'resupposed to work forever, and
they don't.
And it's time to upgrade andchange and evolve.
So we have to recognize, or ifwe want to feel better, we have
to recognize when to evolve andwhat to pick apart and not even
people repeat themselves, theyrepeat the beliefs, they don't
realize they're repeating it.
SPEAKER_01 (11:31):
I'm now aware of my
patterns, my thoughts, how that
manifests into the world and allof these different things.
What am I really looking to tapinto?
Where is the the beautiful, fun, authentic where we really are?
Like, where's that in thequantum field?
And how does that work?
SPEAKER_02 (11:47):
We think our
memories are here in our brain
and they're not.
They're in this space that ispart of the quantum collective.
And so that's that's a hugecontainer of all of our souls
where we are, and it's hard forour brain to even decipher that,
give it a definition.
It's kind of like thinking abouta billion dollars.
(12:07):
I can't even like what does thatlook like?
I don't know.
And the same thing is true whenwe come to it comes to our souls
and where we live.
And I say all of that becausethere's all these ideas that pop
in.
The only reason we have time andspace is to support the 3D body
that we have.
Outside of this body, once wepass and before we came in, it's
all now, we're done.
Everything's done.
(12:28):
There is no time, there is nospace to traverse.
It's just we are.
We've never been born, so we cannever die.
That's kind of the idea.
So when we tap into that idea,it becomes really infinite.
It's kind of like learning theguitar, knowing that you can
actually make any note along theI forget what that's called.
It's not a fret, but anyway, anywhere, all along all along
(12:51):
that guitar, um, you can makeany note once you know the
basics of it.
Um, you don't have to mastereach chord.
And that's what it's likeworking in the quantum.
It is not a linear function ofdo this and then that will
happen.
It's uh the world open up toyou.
Where am I going with all this?
Well, if we're here during thetime that we're here on earth,
(13:12):
wouldn't it behoove us to knowmore about who we are as a
collective, who we are as thateternal being?
What does that mean for a humanthat is containing a piece of
that spirit body?
What can we do with that?
Is it just manifesting?
Is it just a little bit of magichere and there?
(13:32):
Or is there something more toit?
And I think there's muchsomething more to it, and I see
it all the time.
And I watch people go from beingscared because they're
experiencing something new, justlike any time we don't have
information about somethingwe're scared of initially.
Once we learn about it, webecome more comfortable with the
subject, the person, the place, the thing.
For example, ghosts.
People who have the gift ofspirit communication, they
(13:56):
oftentimes can walk into abuilding and be the only one who
knows that there's a ghostthere.
And they're scared of it.
They're scared that, oh gosh, did you see that over in the
corner?
Did you see that sphere?
Did you see that bulb?
Did you see that?
Nobody else is experiencing it,so they kind of shut down.
Well, what if we nurtured that?
(14:16):
What if you realize that thosespirits are just people without
bodies?
What if you realize that theyneed help?
What if you realize you're aperson who can offer that help?
That opens up your world andyour frame of reference from the
the experience of being a ghosthunter.
Oh, did you see that happening?
To I understand you're here togive a message before you go on
(14:38):
to the other side, and thatperson that you need a message
to is right over here.
What a difference from beingscared to being an owner.
And that's quantum.
SPEAKER_01 (14:47):
I also think, like
in the work that I do in this as
well, once we understand theexperiences that we have in life
were lessons we chose to learn.
You are no longer a victim ofyour past or your life.
You simply say, What did I wantto learn from this?
Why did I put this in my path?
Right.
(15:07):
It's just so empowering becausethat comes with the
understanding, like in ourworld, that you really you chose
all of this.
Like you chose it because it'san experience.
And like you said, when you'renot in physical form, when
you're not in body, you it noneof the it'll kind of cease to
exist, right?
That's why we incarnate becausewe want to have these
(15:28):
experiences to evolve theconsciousness and all of these
different things that people aregonna be like, what the hell are
they talking about?
But I feel like the wisdom thatcomes through what you're
teaching the world is that youare you're you're here to learn,
right?
You're here to understand and toto to to have that you can, you
(15:48):
know, learn maybe differentperspectives or whatever the
case may be, elevate theconsciousness.
And while you're here, you don'thave to be stuck in 3D.
Yeah.
SPEAKER_02 (15:57):
I spent half my time
um what I would call the other
side of the veil.
And I would be completely boredto death as a human if I was
only stuck with what I see infront of me here.
SPEAKER_01 (16:06):
Well, and like I
know a lot of people will say,
like, um, you know, how do youbelieve in all that crap?
And I'm like, Well, do youbelieve in a god?
Yeah, can you see the god?
No, what's the difference?
None.
Right?
It's just what can you see youreyes, people like, and then if
it's not something that you cansee it with your eyes, somehow
um a god in the sky, you know,is believable, but none of this
(16:29):
stuff, right?
How do you incorporate this inthe people that you like coach
and help?
SPEAKER_02 (16:34):
They usually have
some sort of an experience with
me, um, or or like we're talkingabout if if they have a haunting
experience and they realize, oh,I must have the gift of spirit
communication, then the nextquestion is, well, how do I
develop that?
And so if we're going throughand doing some healing work
where we're clearing away theold muck so that they can see
more clearly, kind of like youclean your windshield of your
(16:55):
car every once in a while so youcan drive better.
We do that energetically.
There's some activations you cando to get tuned into the gifts
that you have.
They're not going to be the sameas mine or the same as yours,
they're gonna be specific tothat person.
So it's their own curiosity anddesire to develop the skill that
(17:16):
drives it forward.
I never push anything, but thedevelopment is much like
planting a seed and thennurturing it with the water and
letting it grow into a seedlingand and then blossom.
Because sometimes your giftswill come online before you know
what you're to use them for.
SPEAKER_01 (17:32):
And why would an
average person want to go
through all of this stuff?
Why not just stay in my ownlittle world and make my little
money?
So why wouldn't I just want toplay it safe?
SPEAKER_02 (17:42):
You can.
It's your choice.
This is the agency of free will.
The thing is, if you are here, here on earth in the body, part
of the collective consciousnesswith a predetermined purpose
that says, I'm here to healhumanity and change the world in
some way, whatever that is,whatever that way is, then life
(18:03):
will hit you upside the headwith a two by four and change
your circumstances for you ifyou don't change them for
yourself and read the writing onthe wall.
We have the choice to leave itand say, I don't want to.
Those who don't feel that littledesire to heal humanity and
change the world, don't worryabout it.
In fact, I would say don'tmeddle in it.
(18:24):
It is not for everybody.
If but if you have that littlekernel, this work is what's
gonna help you.
SPEAKER_01 (18:29):
Through your
transition into who you truly
are from the world that we'retaught to live in.
If I'm just an average listenerwho's like, this is kind of
weird, um, but what does shelearn that she can give me as a
tool?
What would you say?
SPEAKER_02 (18:45):
I think this goes
back to all these ideas are
coming into my head at once, andit's all giving me this concept
of feeling good, feeling healthyin the body.
And if you're not feeling thatway, if you're not feeling that
way, then something is missing.
And so be curious enough to ask.
And we're not meant to do thesethings alone.
(19:06):
There are some of us who've beenthe way showers who had to
struggle to get through it, butthe way is shown, the way is
there.
And so if you have curiosity, listen to it.
Listen to that above all else.
Don't depend on other people'sopinions of you and what you
what they think you should fitinto in order to be happy.
Because if you're not, it'sgonna reveal itself.
(19:26):
It's gonna show in prematureaging, it's gonna show up in
chronic illness, it's gonna showup in early death, living out
your life propped up onmedications for 20 years before
you die in an old people's home.
This is not what we envisionwhen we come here.
So it's look, take the time.
Most people don't.
They do not take the time.
Look out into your future.
If you continue doing whatyou're doing today, is this what
(19:48):
you want to be doing 10 yearsfrom now?
Because if you don't put in theeffort, nothing's going to
change.
But there are three things thatcome with us when we go from the
quantum space to pre-human.
Into our bodies.
That's love.
That's ecstasy.
And that's laughter.
We love a good comedian and wechase ecstasy until we figure
(20:10):
this out.
And love really is somethingthat we give ourselves.
It's not something that wereceive.
SPEAKER_01 (20:16):
It goes back to, I
noticed that you talk a lot
about like the physical healthpart of it.
But if you don't love yourself, you won't take care of the
physical self.
Do you like yourself?
SPEAKER_02 (20:26):
Do I?
Yeah.
I can't.
Uh and and what's cool, I lovemost is my curiosity.
SPEAKER_01 (20:33):
And that's like the
biggest gift of all, right?
Liking yourself.
There's so many gifts, butthat's such an amazing gift
because so many of us don't.
SPEAKER_02 (20:40):
I think you brought
up a really good point.
And I think that um I hear thisconcept from the other side.
You don't know how lucky you areto be there.
And there's not a jealousy, butkinda for this collective to be
here right now on this earth andexperience it.
If you look around, you see allthe great headlines, and I mean
(21:02):
that seriously, great headlines.
We're here in a time of greatupheaval.
There is so much opportunity forleaders to rise up into their
positions of power and authoritywith their gifts, and they're
not doing it.
And I'm here to help them getthe guiders to do so.
SPEAKER_01 (21:21):
And one thing we all
know is that we don't change
without discomfort in humanform.
SPEAKER_00 (21:25):
Yep.
So we got a lot.
SPEAKER_01 (21:27):
Right.
We got a lot of discomfort.
So how do we know if we're intouch with um that quantum
field, the spirits, the teams, the guides, the the angels?
How do we know?
Like, how do we feel them?
SPEAKER_02 (21:39):
Oh, I think that's a
visceral for everybody, it's a
little bit different.
Just because I I haven't beenanybody's body other than my
own.
But I can give you thatexpression.
So the closest thing that Ithink we all experience is that
sense of peace when we go intomeditation.
And this is usually the placewhere I'm approached by the
non-physical for contact.
(22:00):
And depending on the species ofthe contact, you'll have a
different experience.
And you'll get to know what thatis over and over.
It's just like a neighbor comesover or a per kid across the
street and you know decides toplay outside.
Two different experiences, twodifferent energies.
It's kind of like that.
So how do you know?
Learn what those energies arewhen you are in meditation.
(22:22):
And then when you're out ofmeditation, you have something
to compare it to.
You ever walked into a room fullof people, and right away you're
like, oh, that person's energyis off.
SPEAKER_01 (22:33):
I know, right?
SPEAKER_02 (22:34):
You're receiving
contact through quantum space.
Or just much bigger than whereour skin ends.
We're supposedly nine meterswide or more.
I don't know how big I am, but Iknow that when somebody walks in
the room behind me and I knowthat they've walked in, it's
because their body that's biggerthan them has crossed paths and
(22:55):
entered my DNA.
And immediately I'm like, ohyeah, that person's here.
A little, little, little antennagoes.
That's how we know when we thinkof somebody, and then next thing
you know, they're calling us.
I was just going to say that.
Yeah.
Yeah.
SPEAKER_01 (23:09):
That's usually my
favorite.
This is going to be my example.
SPEAKER_02 (23:11):
Or when you're
driving, I notice I can tell
when somebody wants over buthasn't put their blanket around
yet.
SPEAKER_01 (23:18):
Or you just notice
stop when there's no stop sign,
but you just have that gutfeeling like just stop.
SPEAKER_02 (23:23):
Come to a stop here
in LA.
We have those stupid littlebird, you know, the scooters,
and people drive on them on thesidewalk.
We know they're there, and wedon't.
A couple of times, some a littlea little voice in my head said,
Don't go all the way out intothe sidewalk.
And next thing I know, I'mstopped, and here goes the kid.
You can't see because there's awall or bushes or something in
the way.
SPEAKER_01 (23:43):
So my takeaway from
talking to you is that there's
more than we can see.
We can all tap into it.
And if you don't maintain yourphysical, it's very hard to be
your full authentic self.
SPEAKER_02 (23:58):
True.
SPEAKER_01 (23:59):
Yeah.
How do people reach out to youif they're interested in your
fun, your coaching in general?
Because I know not all yourcoaching is based on this,
right?
Like you work with highachievers, you work with people
in stress and burnout and all ofthese different things.
I mean, I would imagine the endgoal is to get people in touch
with who they really are.
But but but they can start froma different place.
(24:19):
And maybe they don't need to godown this route, right?
Maybe they just work with youbecause your intuition tells
them what they need, and thenyou teach them to tap into their
intuition.
So how do they find you?
SPEAKER_02 (24:30):
Yeah, best way is
through my website, which is
theelevateinstitute.com.
And that's gonna, there's a lotto consume there.
There's more podcasts like thisone.
There's articles on the mineralbalancing that we talked about,
articles on self-love.
There's all kinds of things.
I've got a blog as well as afree gift offer, which is the
(24:52):
essential energy quotient test Iinvented.
It's kind of like we know whatour IQ is, we know what our EQ
is, but we don't know what ourEEQ is.
What is it?
It's all how much energy do wehave for healing?
What have we done self-love wiseto take care of ourselves for
healing capacity?
And this puts it into a numberfor you so you can see it,
(25:14):
quantify it, and you can getthat right on the website.
SPEAKER_01 (25:17):
I didn't know you
had that.
I'm gonna have to check thatout.
SPEAKER_02 (25:19):
Don't you do I do?
So part of 90% of what I offeris remote.
I love traveling and I love, youknow, being anywhere I can to
help others.
So I discovered also 10% of mywork requires one-on-one,
in-person, hands-on healing.
And so I turned that intoretreats.
(25:40):
So I have a cruise retreat, oneis coming up very soon.
I'll be leaving August 21st andleaving out of Seattle.
So that's a retreat.
It's called the um VIPexperience.
And I offer other cruises afterthis.
Is just my flagship, butthere'll be more, and then land
retreats as well.
So those who work with me,especially if they decide they
(26:01):
want to do my full one-yearprogram, it includes a seat.
You pick your choice.
Do you want to be on a cruiseship and rock to sleep every
night?
Or would you rather be in a treehouse?
So these are your options.
SPEAKER_01 (26:13):
Treehouse without
the bugs.
unknown (26:14):
No.
SPEAKER_01 (26:15):
Can you arrange that
one?
I'll work on it.
Well, thank you for coming on.
I love that we had a differentconversation than the
traditional um wounds to wisdom,right?
There's more that we don't knowand that we can learn.
So thank you for sharing that.
And I will put all of yourinformation in the description.
SPEAKER_02 (26:33):
Thank you so much
for having me.
SPEAKER_01 (26:35):
