through the chins, cut down these donhead. Oh my gosh.
It was such a moment.

Speaker 2 (01:03):
And we have that young buscar on the phone right now.
Her name is a Noxia.

Speaker 1 (01:08):
Congratulations. Wow, that was amazing, crazy, absolutely crazy. Oh my goodness.

Speaker 2 (01:14):
Okay, so you've got to talk us through it all.
You're there, you're at Queen Street and you busk here
too on the Gold Coast. Someone we've gone down the
knoxy of Rebert Warren and saw some guy.

Speaker 1 (01:24):
Stealing your money and all that kind of stuff.

Speaker 4 (01:26):
Shame on him on your birthday. Literally.

Speaker 3 (01:31):
Oh yeah, So I usually bust on Cavin Mall every weekend,
and I knew Teddy was going to be performing at Brisbane,
so I was like, okay, well I'll try my luck.
You know, I've seen the videos that he's done before,
and I said, okay, well I'm just going to try it.
And I did, and oh my gosh, it's like a
batman's signal. I just sang your son and Barry was wow.

Speaker 1 (01:50):
So you okay.

Speaker 2 (01:51):
So so to go through this you are a professional busker,
you do so well, and so much credit to you.
It's such a hard thing, but it's worked for like
tone and stuff like that, so it's such a good
ground for success. You're quite famous already on TikTok and everything.
Some people are saying it was set up, but it
definitely wasn't. This is something you've seen him do and

(02:12):
thought you'd have a crack.

Speaker 3 (02:14):
Well yeah, I mean there's levels of it being set up.
I knew who was going to be in busket in Brisbane,
so I just tried. I just tried my luck.

Speaker 5 (02:22):
Well, there's a lot of people in Brisbane, so it's
still you opened it up to the universe, and that's
kind of like, you know, it's like the secret. If
I think it may happen, it may happen.

Speaker 1 (02:32):
Now, this is what this is wild.

Speaker 2 (02:34):
While we're talking to you right now, he is sitting
on the Today Show couch. We're watching the television and
he's talking about you.

Speaker 1 (02:41):
I know he is. They're showing your vision.

Speaker 3 (02:45):
No, you're joking.

Speaker 2 (02:46):
I am not joking. So as soon as we hang up,
you got to go find that. But how is this
surreal for you today?

Speaker 3 (02:54):
It's it's wild, It's a wild I'm used to a
bit of attention when I'm performing that this is next
level and it's crazy.

Speaker 1 (03:03):
What happened afterwards?

Speaker 2 (03:04):
Did he just go thanks, c if high five or like,
what's happened?

Speaker 3 (03:07):
Since it was difficult because after we stopped singing our songs,
we sang about three songs and after that he had
apparently a full day of interviews, media, all sorts of things,
and so it was a quick thing. His postume and
his bodyguards were kind of ushering him away, trying to
get him away from the crowd, and he's jumping over
the top of him saying that let's hang out, let's

(03:27):
hang out. Are you coming tonight? Are you coming to
my show? Tonight, and so his people allowed me to
come to the show and we got to spend some
time together there and it was so cool.

Speaker 5 (03:38):
And did he give you some encouragement for your future?
Like what did he talk to you about?

Speaker 3 (03:44):
Yeah, he just I mean after we were singing together,
he really he really took the effort to appreciate the
connection that we had while we were singing, and it
was really beautiful, and he just said, oh, there's something there,
there's something there. I love singing with artists like you,
and it was just wonderful. I feel really giddy.

Speaker 1 (04:05):
Oh, we feel giddy for you. Like, let's just project
out there for you that he comes back and you know,
is there a follow up? Like do you wear?

Speaker 5 (04:13):
Did he leave his contact details so that you can
actually stay in touch, because you know, everyone needs a
good mentor every every dhere and again.

Speaker 3 (04:21):
I agree and with a voice like that, there's no
one else that I'd like to be like in this industry.
But his people gave me their contact so from his
label and management and things, and they're all very excited
about about how crazy the videos are going at the moment.
So we're all in touch and it's very exciting. You cannot.

Speaker 1 (04:40):
We just want to put it together.

Speaker 2 (04:41):
So now you're at about nearly four million followers on TikTok.

Speaker 1 (04:44):
Was that like that before or is that the teddy effect?

Speaker 3 (04:47):
Yes, no, it was like that before. I had had
a viral moment a few years ago. But the numbers
are climbing and it's crazy to see.

Speaker 5 (04:55):
Well, even the name anoxia is a brand, isn't it?
Like you can see that even when when you're famous,
like you can have your own skin products anoxia. You
can have a whole lot of stuff that's called anoxia.

Speaker 4 (05:10):
Wear a no oxia, buy an oxia.

Speaker 5 (05:13):
Anoxia, buy anoxia.

Speaker 1 (05:14):
I like it.

Speaker 5 (05:17):
What's that you're wearing?

Speaker 1 (05:18):
I'm wearing.

Speaker 3 (05:20):
You know?

Speaker 4 (05:21):
Yeah, it's got flavors of vanilla and your angulang. We're
here for you, don't We'll market you. Look congratulations. Thanks
for taking the time to chat to us.

Speaker 2 (05:29):

or we'll get you in the studio.

Speaker 1 (05:33):
Let's just let's make this happen for you.

Speaker 5 (05:35):
We'll stay in touch, and yeah, we will get you
in the studio. Why not. We've done it with artists before.

Speaker 1 (05:40):

here before.

Speaker 3 (05:43):
