Speaker 1 (00:05):
Hey there and welcome to the Girl Means Business
podcast, the show where we'reall about helping you feel
confident, both as a mom and abusiness owner.
I'm your host, kendra Swalls, mom of two, former teacher and
full-time photographer, andbusiness coach.
Each week we'll discuss thechallenges, success and secrets
that make you say I can do this, because you absolutely can.

(00:26):
So pop in those earbuds, grabyour favorite snack and let's
get ready, because this girlmeans business.
Hey there and welcome to theGirl Means Business podcast.
Today has been one of thosedays where I feel like
everything is against me, butI'm here, I'm doing it anyway.

(00:48):
So this morning I sat down.
I have a completely opencalendar today, so I was like
I'm going to batch record somany episodes, I'm going to
knock them out.
I've got all my outlines, I'vegot all my topics, I am good to
go.
I sat down, I pulled mymicrophone towards me.
So I have my microphone onwhat's called like a boom arm,

(01:08):
so it's on like a tripod andthen it has like a T-bar that
goes across the top, themicrophone's on, so I can like
move it out of the way or pullit towards me or adjust it as
needed.
I went to go pull it towards meand the whole thing snapped off
like the metal.
Whole thing snapped off likethe metal broke in half and my

(01:29):
microphone just like fell to theground.
So I am now going rogue.
I just have my microphoneresting on a stand in front of
me on a table and we're makingit work because I feel like if I
hold it it's going to movearound too much and make too
much noise and I don't want todo that.
The other thing was, once I gotthe microphone situation
figured out, I went to go pullin my like intro music and audio

(01:52):
into the this episode, thefirst one I'm recording today
and it's gone, like completelyvanished from my computer.
I don't know what happened.
In fact I had a whole folder oflike garage band templates
Cause I do all my recording andediting and garage band and
they're all gone.
So I don't know where they'vegone.

(02:12):
I don't know how to find them,so I've had to just kind of make
do.
I had to pull some other audioand clip out.
The intro is a whole thing.
We're making it work.
That is the topic of the day iswe are making this thing work.
This is just evidence that youdon't have to have everything
perfect before you just startdoing the thing, because, lord

(02:34):
knows, this is not a perfectrecording, setting or scenario,
but I'm rolling with it andwe're going to make it work.
The funny thing is I'm wearinga sweatshirt today that says I'm
fine, it's fine, everything isfine and it's a very perfect
like little just you know smileyface on all the things that
have been happening today.
It's like I should have knownthis was going to be the day

(02:55):
when I put this shirt on in thefirst place.
Anyway, I just thought I wantedto share that little behind the
scenes craziness of what'sgoing on as I'm recording this
episode for you today.
Okay, let's get into our topic.
We are talking today about AItools, and I know that, if

(03:16):
you're like me, ai is stillsomething that seems a little
out there, like you're not quitesure what we're doing with AI.
You're not quite sure how AIcan really work in your business
other than what we've all seenlike with chat GPT and we'll get
into chat GPT today too.
But what I wanted to kind of gothrough today is 10 like AI

(03:41):
tools that your small businesscan be using to make your life
so much easier.
Some of these tools are onesthat I'm currently using in my
business.
Some are ones that I don'tnecessarily have a need for, but
other small businesses havebeen using them and are people
that I know have been using themwith tons and tons of success,

(04:02):
and so I want to kind of usethis episode as a way to dispel
some of the hesitation aroundusing AI in our business.
One thing that I have seen thatI think might be part of the
culprit and maybe this justcomes from being in the
photography world, but I knowwhen Adobe came out with like

(04:24):
their generative fill, generative fill um AI feature on
Photoshop, I saw all thesephotographers jumping on board
and they were adding these crazybackgrounds and beautiful
scenery or they were likechanging someone's outfit in the
photo and it seemed like thismagical unicorn thing that had

(04:45):
been created.
What's funny to me now is thatI'm seeing a lot of people
posting these funny things aboutlike yeah, ai is going to do it
, and then it's like thesehorribly AI generated images or
edits and all this kind of stuff.
So I think for a lot of us whoare new to the AI world, we're

(05:06):
just kind of dipping our toe init a little bit at a time, like,
oh, let's just see how thisfeels and then we'll maybe, like
put our whole foot in, butwe're not going all in the deep
end yet.
I wanted to take thisopportunity to give you some
ways that you can just dip yourtoe in, just get started with AI
in your business and feel likeit's something that you can

(05:29):
actually utilize without itbeing this big, overwhelming
thing.
So I have come up with a listof 10 AI tools that you can use
in your business.
Again, some of these are onesthat I'm currently using.
Some of them are ones that Iknow people that are using them
and they swear by them, theylove them, and there's a lot of,

(05:49):
probably, tools that you'realready using that have an AI
feature that you may or may noteven know exist.
So a perfect example of thisand these are two that are not
on my list for today, they'rejust kind of little bonus ones
is two tools that I currentlyuse is my client management
system, honeybook, and mypodcast platform, buzzsprout.

(06:12):
Both of these have come outwith AI features.
So in HoneyBook, they have comeup with an AI response tool.
So, basically, if I get someonewho inquires for my photography
business and they say I'minterested in, you know, a
branding session.
They fill out my contact form.

(06:32):
It comes in through HoneyBook.
Honeybook will then give me alittle pop-up that says, hey, we
can create an AI response basedon your information that we've
kind of collected from yourplatform, what you've entered
into your client managementsystem and the contact
information that this persongave us to generate a response

(06:53):
email.
And I have a lot of templatesthat are already kind of set up,
but I tried it once or twice.
It's actually pretty good.
Now I would say it's notnecessarily going to replace my
preset templates I already have, but I might use it to kind of
update some of my templates thatare a little bit out of date or
that I haven't really likespruced up in a while.

(07:13):
The other platform I mentionedwas Buzzsprout.
So this is where I upload allof my podcast episodes too, and
then they distribute them out toall my platforms.
And what they have added in isa new feature called co-host AI,
and what this does is when Iupload my audio file, it will
put the audio file through theco-host AI process.

(07:34):
It gives me optimized show liketitled episode titles, show
notes, transcripts, all thatkind of good stuff to help me
create titles and show notesthat are a little more optimized
, or using specific keywordsbased on the content that is in
that audio file.
So those are two platforms thatI already use in my business

(07:57):
that are incorporating some AItechnology into what they're
doing, and I do think we'regoing to see a lot, lot more of
these platforms including that.
It's one of those things, kindof like when the internet came
along and businesses startedjumping on the idea of creating
websites.
If you were the business whowas holding out and saying, I'm

(08:18):
not going to create a website, Idon't understand it.
I don't know why it would needit.
You're going to get kind ofleft behind.
So a lot of these companies aresaying we need to jump on this
AI piece, this AI technology, because it is kind of the future
of where things are going andwhere businesses are going, and
to that same idea.
You know your business alsoneeds to grow with the times.

(08:43):
Now I'm not saying that youneed to go all in on AI Again.
This episode is just to help youkind of dip your toes in the
water, but I do think that theseare some things that other
businesses are gonna start using, that are gonna give them a
little bit of a competitive edgeversus the one who's kind of
the holdout going.
I don't need to use AI, I don'tneed to use technology, I don't
need to use technology.

(09:04):
I'm going to kind of stick withwhat I've been doing.
It may work for a while, buteventually it's going to be that
these other people are so farahead of you that it's going to
be hard to catch up.
So, again, the whole purpose ofthis episode is to give you
some ways to just kind of startslowly getting into the AI
universe.
All right, so let's get to the10 tools Now.

(09:27):
The first one is one we've allheard of ChatGPT.
I actually did an entireepisode on this where I walked
you through how I use ChatGPT tocreate content like five pieces
of content in like less thanfive minutes.
It was amazing.
And chat GPT is kind of thewhat's considered like the OG of
mainstream AI use.

(09:49):
This was kind of the first bigplatform where people were like,
wow, look what AI can do.
It can generate all thiscontent.
The way that chat GPT works ifyou've never used it is you can
log in, it's completely free.
They do have a paid version, but you don't need the paid
version in order to accessreally great content through
there.
So you go in and you giveChatGPT a prompt.

(10:11):
So let's say that you arewanting to create a social media
post, let's say a Facebook post, for the launch of your new
service.
So you're adding a new serviceto your business.
You're wanting to create aFacebook post to announce it.
You could go into ChatGPT, youcan give it a prompt.

(10:33):
You can say create a Facebookpost to help promote and build
excitement around this newproduct launch and then you can
enter in some of the informationabout the product or the
service, the launch date, allthe things you can even tell it
like.
I want this to feel reallyexciting and attention grabbing,

(10:56):
but I also want it to be casualand conversational and it's
going to create the content foryou and then you can go in and
you can ask it to revise or youcan take it and kind of revise
it on your own.
So chat GPT has always kind ofbeen the content creation AI
piece and a lot of people andyou, a lot of you listening have

(11:17):
probably already been using it.
If you have been using it andyou're like, oh, this is doesn't
make any sense, it's notsounding like me at all, then I
highly encourage you to playaround with it a little bit more
, because with ChatGPT it allcomes down to the prompt.
The response it's going to giveyou is only as good as the

(11:38):
prompt you give it.
The more information you cangive it, the better.
One really quick tip I'll givefor making the most of chat GPT,
and this is something that hasreally revolutionized how I use
it and the type of responsesthat I'm getting.
So when you go into chat GPTyou'll notice that, like your
screen comes up and on theleft-hand side you have like a

(11:59):
black panel and that has all ofyour previous threads.
So any prompt you've given chatGPT, it keeps it on these
little like left-hand sidethreads.
Your main screen gives you thelittle box where you start
typing your prompt.
So a lot of times people go inand they just start typing a
prompt into that empty box andthen they are, you know,

(12:19):
generating for whatever theprompt was.
Here's what you need to doinstead Click on the left-hand
side where it says create newprompt, or just you can start
typing into the box.
But you want to ask like tellGPT, I am going to ask you to
create content for my business.
Please ask me 10 to 15questions about my business.

(12:42):
That will help you createcontent for my products and
services.
It will give you a list of 10to 15, or you can ask for 20,
however deep you want to go.
Then you're going to copy thosequestions, put them in a Google
doc, answer those questions asthoroughly as possible.
Those questions are going torange from things like what are
your brand style?

(13:03):
What are your products andservices you offer?
What sets you apart from otherpeople in your industry?
You're going to answer allthose.
You're going to paste them backinto chat GPT in the same
thread and then what you've nowdone is you've created basically
, brand assets.
So you've created one threadwhere your chat GPT is has a

(13:26):
really deep knowledge of yourbrand.
So then every single time youneed content for that brand, you
ask it in that same thread.
You don't start a new thread.
You ask it in that same thread.
It's kind of like when you gointo Canva and you can save your
brand like logo and colors andfonts, and then when you're
ready to create images, you havethose colors and fonts

(13:48):
available to you.
It's the same thing.
It's just the AI chat versionof that.
So that is one way to reallymake sure that you're using chat
GPT to its fullest.
Ok, that's only number one.
Let's keep moving, because wehave nine more to go through.
Number two is the Canva MagicStudio.
Okay, that's only number one.
Let's keep moving, because wehave nine more to go through.
Number two is the Canva MagicStudio.

(14:09):
This is another example of oneof those platforms you are
probably already using that hasadded an AI feature.
Now, the Magic Studio uses someof the same tools that you may
have already been using, likebackground remover and things
like that, but it will alsoallow you to create graphics out
of text.
So if you go and you say I needan image of a cat sitting in a

(14:33):
chair with a party hat on, it'sgoing to create a graphic with a
cat sitting in a chair with aparty hat on, so you can use it
to kind of create these you knowgraphics.
Now, they're not going to belike stock image type photos.
If that's more your brand, thenthat's probably isn't a feature
for you, but if you just needlike actual graphics that match

(14:54):
what you're looking for.
It can create that.
They also have an AI right, soif you need help with creating
like headlines and catchy titlesand phrases to put onto your
graphics, the AI Write piece canhelp with that as well.
Inside of the Canva MagicStudio Side note, I will have

(15:15):
all of these and their linksdown in the show notes.
Some of them are going to beaffiliate links.
So, like the Canva Magic Studio, I am a Canva partner and so
when you click on that, it willtake you to my partner link.
Just know that if you alreadyhave a Canva account, you don't
need to worry about that.
But just so you know the linksdown below not all of them are

(15:35):
affiliates, but some of them are.
Number three is a new tool thatI just recently started using
and I'm really, really enjoyingit.
It's called Swellai.
It is perfect for anyone whodoes podcasting or any kind of
audio format or video.
So if you create YouTube videosor long format videos, this is

(15:58):
great.
What you do is you upload yourcontent, your video, your audio
you can.
Also, if it's a podcast, youcan link your podcast RSS feed
to this platform and it willautomatically import, like your
most recent episodes, you canclick on the episode or, like I
said, you can upload your audioor your video and then it's

(16:19):
going to create all of thiscontent for you.
It's going to create all ofthis content for you.
It's going to createtranscripts, it's going to pull
clips from your audio or yourvideo that it thinks might be
really good for you know, youtube shorts or um headline or
like um, what are those called?
The audio files that you put on?
Like Instagram and Facebook,it's going to create show notes,

(16:41):
articles, summaries, titles, social media posts, mid-roll ads
, scripts.
It gives you timestamps for allyour audio and your video.
I mean, there's so much you cando.
Those are automatically done, but then you can also, again
kind of like ChatGPT.
You can say, use this audiofile to create a 500 word blog

(17:03):
post and it will do that for you.
So this is a really, reallycool tool if you are using audio
or video within your business.
All right.
Number four is another new oneI've come across, and I haven't
really used this one myself, butI was told about it from
someone who does like graphicdesign and web design.

(17:24):
It's called Looka L-O-O-K-A andit is a AI generative logo
designing platform.
Now it is free to enter yourinformation and get logo designs
you pay for yeah, you pay forthem when you download your
assets.
What's really cool about it isyou go in and it's going to

(17:46):
start asking you questions aboutyour brand.
It's going to ask you, like, what is the name of your company
, what is the industry yourcompany is in?
It's going to give you examplesof other logos and you choose
the ones that you like.
So it kind of gets an idea of,like what style you're
interested in.
And then it's going to ask youthings like what colors do you
like?
I can't remember.

(18:08):
It asks like four or fivedifferent questions and then
it's going to give you samplelogos using your brand, colors,
using your name, your industry, all that kind of stuff, and you
can go through and you canchoose ones that you like.
You can edit them, you can haveyou know.
If you don't like the ones theygive you, you can go back and
start again and then you candownload those logos.

(18:29):
You can use them wherever youwant.
They also have options foruploading them to like t-shirts
and business cards, like showingyou how your logo looks in all
these different places.
So if you are looking for arebrand, if you do graphic
design, if you do client work, this would be a really cool tool
to start implementing.
That's going to give you somereally great options for

(18:51):
creating logos.
Okay, number five is for anyonewho does long form video.
So if you do YouTube videos andyou are irritated by the fact
that you also need to be doinglike YouTube shorts, or if you
create long form videos and youare irritated by the fact that
you also need to be doing likeYouTube shorts, or if you create
long form videos and you wantto create like reels and TikToks
from them this is called TooShort.

(19:12):
Like the number two, shortaiyou can upload your long form
videos and then it will assessthe video and create clips that
are formatted for YouTube shorts, tiktok, instagram, all that
kind of stuff.
It uses some really coolfeatures, so things like face

(19:33):
tracking.
So it's going to make sure thatwhen it clips the video, that
your face is always in frame, orthe face of whoever's in the
video is always in frame.
It's going to give you like youcan choose kind of.
You know, do I?
If I have two people that I'minterviewing, I can have it on
like a split screen.
Um, you know how zoomed in doyou want it to be Like?

(19:54):
You can kind of go in and edita lot of it too, but it will
pull for a lot of that for you.
And again, you can add in yourbranding and it will add all the
branding into it as well.
They do have a free option.
You can test it out.
You get, I think, up to 30minutes of content for that and
I think beyond that if youdecide to start using it more
and more.

(20:14):
It's about $10 a month.
So that's a really cool one aswell.
Number six this one is reallyawesome and I don't use this a
lot because I don't use PDFs inmy business a ton.
But if you are someone who youuse, or you work with clients
who are sending you PDF files,or you just need like an easy

(20:34):
way to kind of get PDF summaries, it's called pdfai, simple
enough, and what it does is youcan upload a PDF document and
then you can basically chat, gpt, whatever you need for that
document.
So they have a demo you can goand try out.
When you pull it up, it givesyou some like nine page Bitcoin

(20:57):
PDF, but then on the right handside.
You can go in and you can saythings like um, create a two
paragraph summary of this entirePDF, or can you, um, take the
introduction and simplify itdown to three sentences?
Can you create an outline ofthis PDF?
What does this term inside thePDF mean?

(21:19):
It's basically being able totake the PDF and have the person
who wrote it like, redo all ofthese things for you.
So if you're someone who, like, has to go through PDF files and
write summaries or turn theminto articles, um, or you know,
like shortened articles or blogposts, this is a really, really

(21:39):
cool tool.
Um, I again, like I said, Idon't really have a need for it
in my business, but I lovepeople who are, like in the
legal industry and they swear bythis.
Okay, number seven is a reallyfun one and, honestly, everybody
needs to be trying this one.
So this one is called answerSocrates.
It is similar to if you've everused the website answer the

(22:01):
public, where you enter in likea phrase or a topic and it gives
you kind of this diagram of allthese questions that are around
that topic.
It's very similar to that.
It's just formatted in adifferent way.
So what it does it.
It actually takes all thequestions that people are asking
in that Google search bar.

(22:21):
So it's like if someone goesinto Google and they, you know,
type in a question, a search,it's taking all of that data and
it's giving you the mostpopular questions being asked.
In this case, you want to bekind of a little more general,
so here's how you can use it.
Let's say that you are in thewedding industry, you're a

(22:42):
wedding photographer, planner, awedding venue, a florist, a
makeup artist, whatever, and soyou're like I need content,
ideas, I need things to talkabout that are not just about,
like, what I do in the weddingindustry.
So you might want to createcontent around just wedding
ideas and wedding content liketopics in general.
So I went into Answer Socrates, okay, and I was like okay, I'm

(23:06):
going to write some articlesabout wedding dresses because I,
as a wedding photographer, maybe I can then showcase some
of my you know bridal portraitsI've taken with beautiful girls
and beautiful dresses, all thethings.
So I typed in wedding dress.
It's going to ask you if youhave a specific country or
language you want to focus on,is going to give me boxes and

(23:28):
boxes of questions based on likethe question keyword.
So like are can I can, how do?
Should I what, when, where, who, why, which will?
And then I can actually exportthese as well into like a file.
Some of the example questionsthey give you file.

(23:48):
Some of the example questionsthey give you um are are wedding
dresses always white?
Um.
Are wedding dress pricesnegotiable?
Can I bring a wedding dress ona plane?
If you are a destinationwedding photographer or
destination wedding planner oranything, that is a great
article to write.
Um.
Can a wedding dress be rented?
Can it be altered?
Should I go wedding dressshopping alone?

(24:08):
Um.
Should I buy a wedding dressonline?
How long should my weddingdress be?
How do wedding dress samplesales work?
What wedding dress should I get?
Quiz?
That would be a fun like leadmagnet idea.
Should my wedding dress bewhite?
There's another one.
Should my wedding dress covermy shoes?

(24:29):
Let's see.
There's just a bunch on hereand so I can take these and I
can go.
Okay, there's a milliondifferent ideas here.
Obviously, these are questionsthat brides are actually asking,
because these are the topquestions that are being
searched in a Google search bar,so I know that they are
relevant and I can then createcontent around these questions

(24:52):
that is going to attract myaudience.
It's almost like having aninside track into what your
ideal client is thinking.
So this is the one that I like.
If, out of everything on thislist, you need to be using this
one, answer Socrates.
That's number seven.
Number eight is a tool that Ihave talked about and I love
using for social mediaautomations.

(25:13):
It's called ManyChat ManyChat alot of times I refer to it as
like a keyword automationplatform.
It's sort of AI adjacent andthe fact that I don't know that
they would necessarily callthemselves an AI tool, but I
think it is because it's doingsomething on autopilot for me in
my business.
The way ManyChat works is youcan set it up in a bunch of

(25:36):
different ways.
The way I use it is throughsocial media.
I connect it to like myInstagram page and then I can
set up all of these automations.
So the most popular one that Iuse is keyword automation.
So if you've seen my post or ifyou go to my Instagram and you
see like my header images, theyall say like, comment the word
pod, and I'll send you a link tolisten to the podcast.

(25:56):
That is a keyword automation.
So when someone comments on mypost with the word pod, it sends
them an automatically a DM thatI've created with links to
where they can go and listen tothe podcast.
Now you can make this as simpleas that, or you?
I've seen people do it wherethey have like little, like fun
quizzes, they send people intheir DMS and every time they

(26:18):
answer the quit a question, theyget the next question and then
it'll tell them if they're rightor wrong.
You can get it as extreme asyou want.
You can use it for collectingemail addresses, you can use it
for entries to giveaways, and Imean there's a million different
ways you can use it.
So ManyChat is a really, reallygood one if you're wanting to
do a little bit more automationwhen it comes to your social

(26:41):
media.
Number nine is a really fun newtool that I just came across
recently, because I was workingon creating some social media
ads and someone had mentioned.
I was talking to somebody in aFacebook group that I'm in and
they were like well, have youused ad creative?
And I was like no, what is adcreative?

(27:01):
So I went and like spent awhole afternoon learning how to
use it and it's awesome.
So it's called, like I said, adcreativeai.
What it can do are well, let merephrase that, what I use it for
is one of two things.
One is I can look at what mycompetitors are doing.

(27:22):
So there is a button on herecalled competitor insights where
I can type in someone else'swebsite.
Let's just say, for the sake ofthis, I'm using Jenna Kutcher,
so I type in Jenna Kutcher'swebsite.
It is going to give me a fullbreakdown of her website.
So it's going to tell me thingslike what percentage of her

(27:44):
followers are coming fromorganic, um, you know, or
organic traffic versus, like, paid traffic or social media
traffic.
Are her primarily, you know, male or female?
What age range are coming there?
What's their education level?
What's their traffic journey?

(28:05):
So it's like what, um are thetop traffic sources that are
sending people to her, um, herwebsite, um, what are her social
media used to?
Looks like, what certain pageson her website get the most
traffic, what countries thatmean?
Like, there's so manyinformation.
It also gives you ads.

(28:25):
So what ads has she run thatare actually doing really,
really well?
It kind of gives you, like, thetop three of her ads, and so
then I can go and be like ohokay, well, this ad's doing
really well.
So now, inside of ad creativecause, that's what I'm there to
do is create ad content.
I can then use that as sort ofa template for an ad that I

(28:49):
would like to create for myproduct, my service, my lead
magnet, whatever.
So then I get into the adcreation part of this website.
So in here they have aninspiration gallery.
I can type in an industry andit's going to give me tons and
tons of ads that have donereally performed really well and
I can use those again astemplates or kind of a starting

(29:09):
point.
I can also create a brand, likeassets.
So what's really cool here is Ican go in, I can type in my
website and it willautomatically pull a lot of my
assets from my website so it cangrab a logo, it can grab the
colors, it can get an idea oflike if there's taglines, things
like that, and then I can kindof tweak it if I need to like,

(29:30):
change anything that didn't grabor modify the things that it
did grab, and it's going to helpyou create ad assets that are
going to hopefully performreally well.
And then you can also like onceyou've created them, you can
link it to your ads account, solike your Google ads or your
Facebook ads, and it will helptrack the performance of those

(29:53):
ads.
So if you're someone who runssocial media ads or Google ads,
this is a really cool tool tostart using to not only help you
improve your ad assets, yourgraphics, your copy, all that
kind of stuff but to also lookat what are other people in your
industry doing that are doing, that are working really well.
How can you apply that to yourads?

(30:14):
And then how can you like scoreyour ads and figure out, like,
what do I need to be changing ortweaking?
So it's a really, really cooltool, especially, like I said,
if you're in to creating a lotof like social media ads and
things like that.
And then, last but not least, number 10 is a website called
Tidio T-I-D-I-O.

(30:35):
I don't know if I'm saying thatright, it sounds weird when I
say it out loud, but it is achatbot builder.
Now, before I lose you on thatphrase, chatbot builder hear me
out.
One.
It is super simple.
It's drag and drop.
You do not need to knowanything about tech or coding or
any of that kind of stuff tobuild this?
Secondly, if you're thinking Idon't need a chat bot, chat bots

(30:57):
are not for me.
My business is super small.
Here's the thing we need tohave an open mind.
I want you to have an open mind, because I thought that way for
a while too.
I was like chat bots likethat's just for like huge
websites that have like asupport team and things like
that.
But when you think about theuser experience, people want
information, people want to feellike they are getting a

(31:19):
customized experience when theycome to your website or your
landing page.
Having a chatbot can help dothat.
So let me give you an example ofhow you might use a chatbot for
a small business.
I'm going to use a photographer.
I'm going to use my photographybusiness.
So let's say that I have my.
You know, I have my website upand I've decided I'm going to

(31:42):
add a chatbot because I want myaudience, my clients, my or my
potential clients to feel likethey are getting as much
information ahead of time aspossible.
So I'm going to build out achat bot so that when they come
to my website, after a coupleseconds, a little box pops up in
the bottom corner that says doyou have any questions or, how

(32:02):
you know, can I help you withanything?
And maybe I even say, like, give it a couple of, like you
know, sample questions.
Like maybe one of the questionsis, um, what type of sessions
do you offer, or what is yourpricing?
Or, um, you know, do you offerhair and makeup with your
sessions, and so it kind ofgives them a couple of sample

(32:24):
questions or they can type in aquestion.
You have to do some of thebackend work on this because,
obviously, like, you have tokind of anticipate what people
might ask based on keywords.
So let's say, someone comesthere like they type in a
question that says, um, you know, I need a branding session, but
I don't know what location Ishould use based on those

(32:47):
keywords.
I can then say, like should useBased on those keywords.
I can then say, like, have anautomated response that says
awesome, I'm so excited thatyou're interested in a brand
session.
Here are some of my favoriteideas for locations for your
brand session, and I can listsome out.
So now, not only have they feltlike they get a personalized
experience, they're gettinginformation.
What are the chances they'regoing to book me over just the

(33:10):
random photographer who only haslike a landing page with some
basic information on it, becauseI, in 2024, I fully fully
believe that the clientexperience, which I recently
shared an episode on this, theclient experience has got to be
stepped up a notch.
That is what people are lookingfor.
People are looking forinteractive ways to learn more

(33:34):
about your business.
They are looking forpersonalized and customized and
how can I utilize this brandover another brand?
And so, when you think of itlike that, the chatbot is
nothing really scary.
It's more of a another toolthat you can use to create this

(33:54):
incredible client experience.
All right, so that are thoseare.
That are those are the 10 AItools that I feel like a lot of
us can be using in our business, and I'm not saying you need all
10, obviously, pick and choosethe ones that you want to kind
of dive into, but they are alllinked down in the show notes.
But I do highly recommend thatyou start playing around with

(34:17):
some of these AI featuresbecause, as I said you know way
back with the beginning of thisepisode, this is what's going to
set your business apart fromall the ones who are just kind
of stuck staying in the sameplace.
Ai is the future of marketingand business, and so the sooner
you kind of get on board withthat, the more likely you are to

(34:39):
stay above your competition.
So hopefully these are somethat you can start playing
around with.
Like I said, they're all linkedbelow.
If you use one and youabsolutely fall in love with it,
I would love to know, send me amessage over on Instagram at
girl means business.
Let me know which ones you'realready using.
If you have some that you aregoing to excited to dive into

(34:59):
and learn more about, um, Iwould love to hear if you have
one you're using that I didn'ttalk about.
Please, please, please, shareit with me, because I love that
kind of stuff.
So thank you so much for beinghere again this week.
I will see you back here nextweek, same time, same place.
