Today’s story doesn’t exactly take place at a river, but I don’t know how to do a series on rivers without reading the prophet Amos’s comparison of God’s justice to a mighty, flowing river. Given the way the world is these days, it feels an appropriate story to sit with too. Let me know what you think.
