My mom has said Food is just Fuel and I crave healthy fuel for a while now and I have adopted this affirmation and use it often! It is on my mirror right now!

I am running my Make it Happen in May group and with that a side group for Gut Health! We will focus on eating healthy whole foods, and eliminating foods that aren't serving us for 4 weeks!
