The definition of Ease is the absence of difficulty or effort, or to make something less serious or severe.
Sometimes I think we need a little reminder that somethings may not be as hard as we perceive to be them in the moment. I hope with todays episode you can be a little more at ease and see how affirmations and meditation can be a powerful tool for you to use.
I am hosting a 21 Day Unstress Challenge where I will be providing you with a 10 minute meditation each day for 21 days. It will be a great way to unstress, rewind, recharge, and take control. If you would like to join click the link and snag your spot before we start on Monday April 8th. You won't regret it!
