Today's episode is a little more personal but I felt like I needed to share, so here we go!
Do you ever feel out of control or your brain tries to tell you something is wrong that isn't?
In todays episode I dive into some of my second postpartum journey. I struggled with a little postpartum depression and anxiety, self diagnosed, which lead to some not so fun experiences. But I talk about how this affirmation and others helped me get back in control of my feelings, and how they still help me today.
