I see people using the Epley Maneuver wrong all the time—and it drives me up the wall. We clearly need to talk about this. A lot of people are trying to treat their positional vertigo from vestibular migraine—or any dizziness—at home with the Epley Maneuver because that’s what the internet says to do. But let me tell you—it is not the thing to do.  Even though the Epley Maneuver feels like magic, it’s physics and gravity—and there are times you do and don’t want to use it.
