Can being a highly sensitive person be hindering your online business success?

If you are an HSP Empath then you know it comes with a number of special considerations in life general. But have you ever thought how its contributing, or not, to your success as an a business owner? Especially when it comes to being visible in your business!  For example, when you have to do a promotional event, or in other words, a LAUNCH!  The uttering of that very word can strike fear into the hearts of any sensitive business owner and for good reason. One thing that I have recently realized during my launch was this:   Our whole lives, as HSP's/Empaths, we have been operating in systems: social, political, educational and industries, that have not been designed for sensitives like us in a lot of different ways. We have been habituated to "fit in" because that's just the way it is.  During this period of putting myself out there, so much was triggered, but this one thing finally showed up and it made me wonder: What if we are meant to design things differently? In a way that would soothe us rather than aggravated our sensitivities? What would that look like?
