It is essential for sensitive & intuitive business owners that we recognize how we "do" things. Which actually is to say how we FEEL things. In the last episode I brought up the fact that a lot of us Highly Sensitives have learned to shut off our feelings to fit in (or that we were shamed out of them) and that has hindered us on many levels. We have become so habitual in this that now we may have made it a standard operating process. However when embarking on such lofty goals as being online business owners and being visible or launching a new product, authenticity must be at the center of it. We are heart led and that comes from a feeling place.

You will hear in this episode how I "headed" my way through the recent launch I had. All through it my intuition and sensitives were lighting the way, OUT of it. I shine a light on them because if we are in the space of being habitual we may miss the signs in service of "Making It Happen".  This old way of running a business is something we must unlearn. A new way is emerging and I believe it is us who are heart led sensitives can help create it. I share a story here my intuition made one more attempt to get through to me by using a fellow entrepreneur to show me that even the PLANETS weren't aligned. Another thing we can very much feel without looking it up. And what did I do?

Thanks for listening. Let me know in the comments if this resonated and if this sparks a new idea of doing things. If you are like me and looking for that new way I would like to invite you to join me at my Free Masterclass How can Intuitive Highly Sensitive Empaths be visible in a way that feels good without draining our energy & losing our minds! Ruthie's Table 4

Ruthie's Table 4

For more than 30 years The River Cafe in London, has been the home-from-home of artists, architects, designers, actors, collectors, writers, activists, and politicians. Michael Caine, Glenn Close, JJ Abrams, Steve McQueen, Victoria and David Beckham, and Lily Allen, are just some of the people who love to call The River Cafe home. On River Cafe Table 4, Rogers sits down with her customers—who have become friends—to talk about food memories. Table 4 explores how food impacts every aspect of our lives. “Foods is politics, food is cultural, food is how you express love, food is about your heritage, it defines who you and who you want to be,” says Rogers. Each week, Rogers invites her guest to reminisce about family suppers and first dates, what they cook, how they eat when performing, the restaurants they choose, and what food they seek when they need comfort. And to punctuate each episode of Table 4, guests such as Ralph Fiennes, Emily Blunt, and Alfonso Cuarón, read their favourite recipe from one of the best-selling River Cafe cookbooks. Table 4 itself, is situated near The River Cafe’s open kitchen, close to the bright pink wood-fired oven and next to the glossy yellow pass, where Ruthie oversees the restaurant. You are invited to take a seat at this intimate table and join the conversation.
