Speaker 1 (00:03):
Hey guys, all right, thanks for thanks for tuning
back into the bonus content withTammy Janelle.
If you guys haven't listened toepisode 52 with Tammy, you're
going to want to go back andlisten to that.
But this is excerpts from thesoul reading that I had with her
and our session was about twohours long.
Just to give you reference, Ihave this way way scaled back
and I'll pop in and out, I think, between the clips here and let

(00:26):
you guys know, like what I wasthinking in my head, and kind of
give you a little idea of wherewe were at in the reading.
Sound quality not as good asusual, maybe.
I think I did a pretty good jobwith it, but this is just me
recording on my phone andthrowing it down on the couch
next to me, okay, and thenmoving on with my whole session,
because originally I didn'tknow I was going to share any of
this with you guys, but I dolike to record my sessions just
for my own purpose of listeningback to it later, because I have

(00:48):
a terrible midlife memory, hello, and I like to journal
about it later.
But I'm going to share it withyou guys because I want you guys
to hear what some of this is.
This is what I mean when I sayhop in and ride shotgun with me
on this midlife spiritualjourney.
I'm keeping my end of thebargain here.
I'm inviting you guys in, sosome of this is vulnerable for
me, but I'm going to share it.
I'm not sharing everything, duh, but I do want to share some of

(01:10):
this so you guys can hear whata session is like and get an
idea of what it is.
And I know that by the end ofthis you're going to totally
want to book with Tammy and getyour own little session going.
So, all right, let's jump in Atthe beginning here.

(01:30):
I'm starting out at the verybeginning of the session.
We've just sat down and she'sasking me what my intention for
this reading is.
Okay, so that I always haveintentions to continue healing.
I also have an intention ofmaking sure I stay on my path
that I was meant to be on inthis lifetime and what's next?
And are there blocks?
That I'm not seeing that kindof thing.
I guess that's kind of whereI'm at.
Like my life, yeah, just really.

(01:54):
My intention is always whatdoes authenticity look like for
me and how do I get there?
That's kind of that's where I'mat Midlife here, like it all
comes up right, okay so.

Speaker 2 (02:06):
I'm going to just invite you to close your eyes
with me for a minute, take somedeep breaths, just kind of
connect into the beautiful spacehere.
It's like beautiful woodlandssurrounding you, comforting you,
holding space for you, theriver behind us informing us how
to flow with life.
Life and birds and deer, justtaking in, let yourself, find an

(02:32):
organic breath that just allowsyour nearby to breathe, every
cell in your body to breathe, forcing or instructing, just
allow.
And is there anything offlimits for today?
you just want me to see what Isee nope, nothing off limits and
so just sort of saying hello toyou, and you can keep your eyes
open or closed.
There's lots to look at in theroom.

(02:53):
If I need you to groundyourself, I may ask you to put
your feet on the ground, but, um, you can also keep your eyes
closed it doesn't matter, okay, you guys.

Speaker 1 (03:02):
So this next section is when she started seeing this
dark entity we talked a littlebit about in the interview, but
I just want what I wanted totell you was when she's telling
me.
She's starting to tell me aboutthis entity that's by my back,
left shoulder and we bring itaround front and before she says
anything, I was visualizingthis dark entity that looked

(03:22):
like an octopus to me.
It had lots of legs swingingaround and I'm seeing this in my
head, just as she tells me thething about tentacles.
Okay, so listen in.

Speaker 2 (03:33):
One of the very first things I see just right outside
of your space you have and you,it's like you have an awareness
of it for sure.
We're going to invite it toopen up for you today, and so
you can actually alchemize ittoday which is there's an energy

(03:54):
of the only way that I canreally describe it is oppression
.
There is an energy ofoppression and that lies right
on the back left of you.
It's always.
There's always a little voicehere, and all of the work that
you've done, you've done areally good job of creating like

(04:16):
an energetic boundary aroundyourself, and I can see that.
I can see like what I mightcall a sacred space around you,
and that energy is still rightat the perimeter of that.
So I'm validating that you'vedone your work, that you're
doing your work, but this is avery heavy voice.

(04:36):
It's it's a voice of.
It makes you question yourselfand it makes you, um, kind of

(04:58):
there's like a little bit ofpressure.
It feels like pressure almostto me and, um, it has to do with
um, you know your worthinessand doing enough, being enough,
and again, you've done your work.
You've done your work.
It's what I would call, in theprocess that I've created,
called the devoted soul.

(05:18):
This is what I would call anecho, and it's like you've done
so.
You've done so much work, doneso much work, but that is always
it's an echo.
It's not anything that's stillin your tissue, but it's an echo
, it's still there.
So, bringing an awareness tothat in the moment and just kind

(05:40):
of um, I'm going to invite thatenergy to come, like out into
the space and experience whatthat feels like for you, to take
a really deep breath and knowso I want you to visualize your
sacred space for yourself, armslength above your head, below
your feet, on both sides of youand in back of you, into

(06:02):
bringing awareness of thesacredness and purity of your
own space that you're standingin right now.
As you already are very, verygood at doing this, take a look
at this energy, do a little work.
It has a lot of what I mightcall tentacles.

(06:22):
It reaches back to a lot ofdifferent things.
Your some ancestral lineages inhere, but there's also some
soul lineage in here, so somepast life stuff, and it's like,
it's like um, this dark, darkened stagnation of energy
that I would call it that theecho, the echo of of you, of not

(06:44):
you, but the echo of some ofyour experiences.
There's a little tangled up inthere, so to bring additional
awareness to it and let itdissolve a little bit.
But there's a lot of informationin here and if you're open to
it, I think it's very, veryhealthy.
It's very, very healing.
Because you're open to it, Ithink it's very, very healthy.

(07:06):
It's very, very healing becauseyou're ready to like, like,
literally not even listen to theecho anymore.
You've done a lot of work tolet it go, um, but you haven't
fully released it.
You've let it go, but it hasn'tlet go of you.
Does that make sense?
to you yep, yeah, and so, um,yeah, there is a, there is a

(07:29):
lineage of oppression that thatcomes down through you, um,
through your ancestral line, andso I want to take some deep
breaths.
For me, this is a tough onejust sitting here with you.
I want to, I want to witnessyou open your eyes for a minute.
I want to witness you in.

(07:50):
Uh, the feeling of that energyis very, very heavy.
It's a heavy um it, it.
It's almost as if you'rewalking around with a little bit
of um, you're walking aroundwith a little bit of.
You're walking around with aheaviness on you that you've
become accustomed to.
It's still there.

(08:11):
It's like, oh, like it's notreally that heavy, but it's
super heavy, like energetically, and so you've become its
carrier and just being heretoday.
So I want you to reallyexperience that you're turning

(08:32):
toward this energy and allowingit to dissolve right in front of
your face.
So, in other words, it's it'sbeen behind you, putting weight
on you, putting a heaviness onyou.
Sometimes you wonder where isthis coming from?
Why am I feeling like thistoday?

Speaker 1 (08:52):
no reason to feel like this way.

Speaker 2 (08:54):
that's that heavy energy on you.
So what we've invited it to dois stay with me on the
visualization of it is allow youto pull your shoulders back and
breathe without effort, andwe're calling this energy out in
front of you so you can see itand that's what's.
That's where we're at in thisprocess.

(09:15):
So I want you to recognize andremember, when you have any of
these types of feelings, thatthat is a red flag to your
experiencing the echo of thisenergy and you're calling it out
in front of you and watching itsort of dissipate and

(09:36):
transmutate.
Really it's just very it's big,and the more we can, first and
foremost, witness you and yourexperiences and then witness
this energy, it will start todissolve a little more and
release from you and go backtoward, go back in the line it's

(09:59):
like this typically will happenfor me where there's an energy
like that's so old in yourancestral lineage, like they
come in and they say where yourDNA went wrong.
Mm-hmm.
It's like Back.
You know, before there was, there was paper right like way,
way, way, way back, and that'swhere we're headed right now.

(10:21):
So I'm gonna go in and whatyou're here to learn is what you
mean when you say authenticityis like what you're even telling
when you say that language.
You don't actually even fullyunderstand or comprehend what
that actually means.
That's why you're you're stillquestioning it, but you're here

(10:41):
because you've asked thequestion deep in your heart,
because you understand thatsomething went wrong or you may
not use that language, but youunderstand that you're in a
space of renegotiating what hasbeen passed down to you and your

(11:08):
question, in and of itself, your inquiry, is leading us down
that ancestral line, in themoment, to the place where the
blood went wrong.
So you're here to learn what isactually the truth of your
blood.
There's a truth of your blood, the truth of your bones, your
soul lineage, but that the truthof your blood is not anything

(11:31):
that is actually recent.
So I'm going to go look at thatand that is a big piece
contamination that has occurredyou.
You would never be able to findthat wholeness.

(11:51):
You'll be looking for yourentire life.
That's what you're asking whenyou say authenticity.
That's like the, the rich, deepquestion of what you're
actually asking.

Speaker 1 (12:10):
Okay, you guys.
So this is the part now whereshe starts going back into my
actual ancestral lineage.
This is where, like my great, great great I don't know how
many greats grandma was comingthrough telling some things
about when my basically the wayshe says it you know, when the
blood got tainted, when somethings went a little wrong with
the DNA.
All right, here we go.
So let's go ahead and look atthat.

Speaker 2 (12:32):
Nice deep breaths of just even in this moment,
sitting in that chair, feelingwhat it feels like to be free,
to have a level of freedomPerhaps you've never experienced
before in this way.
Part of the lineage that wascontaminated really came from

(12:55):
women who were forced to not seethings, things, women who were
forced to look away, women thatwere forced to have like a um,
an attitude or um, an aura ofoblivious, being oblivious.

(13:15):
Your line has, um, an inherent.
I just want to say I just wantto categorize it as a cough, but
it's like not being able tospeak truths really is.

(13:38):
It's like really, really heavyfor a lot of the line that's
been passed down and that turnsinto other things.
But where it started going wrongwas actually I'm looking at you

(14:00):
know somewhere how many evergreat, great, great, great,
great, great, great, greatgrandmother.
She's saying I'm the one thatdied of tuberculosis.
I don't know if you know ofanybody in your line who back,
back, back, back, back, back, back back.
And also she's saying that ourlegs had to be heavy and our

(14:24):
backs hurt, and she's talkingabout a lot of oppression, a lot
of oppression, hard life, veryhard life.
And this one who comes who sayswell, now I'm here to tell you
what the truth of your blood is.
It's been a long time sinceanybody actually asked.

(14:46):
And she's saying that you comefrom water.
Now she's sharing the story ofthe truth of who you are, the
truth of your lineage, the truthof your blood.
Your lineage went wrong.
She's telling you the truestory of who you are" and she's

(15:08):
showing me a vast ocean of water, but it's not like a body, like
an ocean.
It's a body of water that comesfrom an ocean, but it's more
like a little inlet and there'sa lot of rocks and it's like

(15:30):
more mountainous than ortropical or something, but
there's like big outcroppings ofrocks.
And she's showing me that thetruth is that your blood is
actually highly contemplative.

(15:51):
You have a contemplativequality to your blood and that
can be turned against you.
It has been turned against you.

(16:14):
There's also a quality of beingalone that went a little bit
wrong there's you have a lot ofwomen in your line that it's
like they.
They decided to be in what theywere supposed to be in, like in

(16:34):
the relationship, in a family,in whatever they were supposed
to be in, but that actuallythere is a quality of being
alone.
That is very much a part ofyour blood and so in your own

(16:57):
family, the recognition whichperhaps you already know that
being alone is massively, critically important for you.
It's important for you to quietyourself in a way that you have

(17:18):
to feel the silence foryourself.
I don't know if you get thatenough.
I don't know if you give thatenough.
I don't know if you, if yougive that to yourself enough, as
much as you need it.
It's kind of like a part ofwhat nourishes you and what
allows you to bring the mosttruth into your blood, into your

(17:39):
DNA, is silence.

Speaker 1 (17:44):
Okay, guys just hopping in here real quick to
tell you it was awesome to bevalidated that I need a lot of
alone time and silence because Ilove me my alone time.
I already knew that, but seewhat I mean.
Sometimes these readingsvalidate things Like.
Tammy did not know me at all.
This was the first time we hadmet, so a lot of things that

(18:04):
came up.
It was like so I'm just sayingsometimes these readings can
even validate things that youalready know and feel.

Speaker 2 (18:13):
What you are most afraid of is your fearlessness.
Like that became something thatwas so.
It was very contaminating tothe lineage and you're the one
who's making the commitment tolook at it.
And that black energy that Isaw, that very oppressive energy

(18:40):
behind you that we pulledforward, that is fear.
It's like the house of fear.
Right, energies come to that.
It's a fear-based space and youdid inherit a lot of that.
But by saying no, I'm going tolook right at it.

(19:02):
You've taken already the stepsto become fearless.
There's a fearless quality.

Speaker 1 (19:17):
That is the truth of who you are and the truth of
your blood.
Okay, so just hopping in again, guys.
So now she starts to go throughall of our chakras.
I didn't include them allbecause some of it was stuff I'm
not gonna share, um, and Idon't want to bore you either,
so, but we I did want you tohear a little bit about how she
scans and what she says aboutyour chakras as she goes through
them so.

Speaker 2 (19:35):
So I'm just taking a look here now root chakra, base
of your spine.
You're aware of all the chakras.
Yeah, um, really nice.
Um, what you're showing me islike this this, um I don't know
if it's a new commitment orrenewed commitment to your
physical body, and it's likewhat you're.

(19:57):
What you're saying to me is Ilike to look good, I want to
look good.
It's important for you, andwithout that body of fear behind
you, it actually becomes easierto love your body.
It becomes easier and easierand easier and easier to sink

(20:18):
down into your body.
You're being led to do is toreally take this I think I said
this earlier take time to be inthe woods, be with the trees,
listen to the birds, but let theSun beat on your face.
Gosh, it's so, it's like a,it's like nectar, it's like just

(20:43):
like raw nourishment for you.
That that is like your primarynourishment.
It's your body is sayingprimary nourishment.
Do those things.
Let your cells reset to thevibration of of nature.
And you have to ground for a lotof people around you is what

(21:05):
you're saying too.
You have to.
You, you take on some of theburden of grounding for others.
Um, you are, you know what Imight call like a grounding rod
for others, and that isn'tnecessarily.
You know the reason that easyeven comes up in this moment is
it's not necessarily very easyon your body.

(21:26):
It's challenging for your bodyto be that and so to just
recognize that there's, we'rejust witnessing that for you in
a deep way and that is very, very hard on your body.
So that's why you're calling inthese instructions like more

(21:54):
time with the sound of the birds, more time with the rustling of
the leaves on the tree, moretime with your feet of the birds
, more time with the rustling ofthe leaves on the tree, more
time with your feet on the soiland grass.
And you're also showing me some.
I don't know what that is.
I don't know if that's like abone spur or that's not fully

(22:17):
like doesn't have as muchintegrity as the other parts of
your bones, like on your, likein the pelvic area.

Speaker 1 (22:25):
All right, jumping in again, you guys, just to tell
you this whole like bone, pelvic, whatever thing.
I absolutely have areas of nearmy pelvic area of bone that
broke and have not really healedreally well.
So yeah, I'm just sayingValidation.

Speaker 2 (22:46):
You're learning how to walk in your soul body and
take that out and put it overhere right beside you and you
hold a collective burden.
This is part of your soullineage.
Now, this is what reallymatters.
In our life.
We spend far too much timetrying to figure out our

(23:09):
ancestral shit and we don'tspend nearly as much time
missing our soul lineage.
And this collective burden ispart of your soul lineage and
that's what you help people doin this podcast that you have is
reclaim their sense of powerand that is part of your deeper

(23:34):
purpose in life actually yourdeeper purpose in life actually.
And you help people walk in away that allows them to be free

(23:56):
of judgment and ridicule and theburdens of the third chakra,
which are pretty massive in ourculture, and feeling powerless
or feeling it's really what youdo, it's really beautiful, but

(24:25):
that is a collective burden thatyou hold for a great number of
people and that collectiveburden is hard on your back.
You feel it physically on yourback and you feel it physically.

(24:54):
It's like some rib.
You know, like some ribs getimmobilized is the word you're
telling me.
So some fascia, like nicefascia, work.
Connective tissue gets a littlerigid inside of your body.

(25:29):
Myofascial work is reallypowerful for you because it
continues to open up your body,a body's ability to breathe and
to open and allow in.
That's the deeper, that's thedeeper quality of integrating
your body, integrating your body, your mind, your spirit, and

(25:55):
you also have along your spine.
You have an area there thatneeds an energy.
Disbursement is what I'll callit, but it looks like an
adjustment.
Yes, that also is reallyhelpful.
Yeah, I just had a little blurbcome in that said like, okay,

(26:15):
this reading was about is aboutit's a deep honoring.
You know, it's honoring whereyou've been, what you've done,
and now stepping into and cominginto a place of really merging

(26:38):
body and mind, and that's whereI'm going into the fifth chakra.
The fifth chakra is the gatewaybetween your mind and your body
, and this is an area thatyou're showing me like you are
singing.
You are singing and it's likeit's just again big.
It's very big in here also.

(26:59):
You have a big energy in there, but it is the place that you
know pulls on the thread ofcommunity and pulls on the
thread of your voice, pulls onthe thread of a lot of common,

(27:22):
collective things in the worldand through your own work you're
able to gather and bring peoplein a connection about it.
And again, from a place of love, from a place of reclaiming,

(27:43):
themselves.
And you also have this massivevisionary quality to you.
You have the ability to see, like, see vision, like see
visionary things, biggerconcepts, and that, too, has
been hard over over the yearsfor you, because you are a

(28:05):
visionary.
That's why grounding is soimportant for you.
That's why being in your bodyis so important to you, because
you can lift off pretty quicklyand easily, but it's like I can
literally, I'm literally, I'mliterally like sitting inside of
, like sitting inside of yourbrain, and there is a visionary
quality to it.
It's really amazing.

(28:26):
You have a large capacity tovisualize.
No, envision is the best word, envision, and that's a gift.
That's a gift Really, really,really cool.

(29:02):
Yeah, and sometimes your crowngets a little wide open and it's
like basically like sayingthat's okay, just recognize it.
Trust in what you're doing, trust in what you need day by
day, massive, massive turningtoward yourself.

(29:24):
What do I need today?
What do I need to wear?
A beautiful conduit from theuniversal energy, beautiful
conduit and so you are for sure,a healing being, for sure.
That's why these lower chakrasneeded to be really witnessed in

(29:49):
a massive way today andcontinually witnessed from you,
because you are very up and openand it's really really
beautiful.
You have a, really beautifulspace.

Speaker 1 (30:04):
Okay, you guys.
So this next part came kind ofout of nowhere, but I had my
eyes closed and you can listento what she's saying to me.
But here's what's happening inmy head.
She talks about opening like adoor to attic.
I'm visualizing opening thedoor to my attic at my house and
I'm seeing tons of boxes inthere.
All right, she's talking aboutboxes in the attic.
We're on the same page.

(30:24):
Now, before she says it's funny, because it's almost like you
can just burn them just you burnthe boxes.
Before she said that I hadvisualized turning my back to
all the boxes in the attic andthrowing a match over my
shoulder and setting that shiton fire no joke.
And then she says it's funny,it seems like you could just

(30:47):
burn them down or whatever.
So listen, but that's what'sgoing on in my head.
I'm visualizing this as she'stalking and then I see myself
set the boxes on fire, beforeshe even I don't know where this
language is coming from, butI'll just say it.

Speaker 2 (31:04):
Like there's always going to be things to look at in
the attic, there's always goingto be boxes to go through, and
but you're saying, you're like, you're questioning, like but but
do I need to?
It's kind of funny.
You're like, um, I don't know,I don't really know if I really

(31:25):
actually even need to do that.
There's boxes in the attic andthe image you're showing me is
actually like opening the doorto an attic and observing these
boxes and kind of making adecision, like I don't actually
even know that I need to openany of them.
I don't actually know that it'simportant for me to open any of

(31:48):
them, because what's in themare the things that will
validate the contamination ofyour ancestral line, and you
know the truth now.
So you're sort of like askingin a way in here, like do I even

(32:11):
need to open any of those boxes?
And you're kind of like sayingnot right now, not right now.
And also it's like you're, um,you know, you're, you're saying
I really can just set fire tothose boxes anytime I want to.
You're in like this interestingperiod of letting go and

(32:33):
releasing, letting go andreleasing letting go and
releasing.

Speaker 1 (32:38):
Okay, so fast forward .
This is how we end up closingup the session.
So, yeah, this is kind of theend, the finale part, and I'll
meet you after this to give youmy final thoughts.

Speaker 2 (32:54):
So take a deep breath with me, experience again this
gorgeous sacred space that youreside in, continuing to pay
attention to all of the sides, including your back, and that
that the corners all around you, every breath you take from the
sacred space, is filled withnewness.

(33:15):
And one last final little thingthat I'm being given for you is
moving forward.
It's not about what you need todo.
It's about how you can doeverything with love.
It's not about the action.
It's about the energy behindthe action, and you already do
that, but you have more thingsto do that with.

(33:38):
How am I coming from a place ofdeep love here For myself,
number one, myself, number one.
And then for what?
the action is coming from aplace of love, and that takes

(33:59):
slowing down presence andgetting out of being busy,
whether, even if you're notdoing anything, you are busy
sometimes.
Yeah, for sure, for sure.

Speaker 1 (34:10):
Okay, you guys, that was just some excerpts from my
two-hour soul reading and I hopeI gave you enough of you into
there that you can feel veryconfident getting one of these
readings, because it's notalways about talking with our
loved ones that have crossedover already, although I did
have a great, great, great, great, great grandmother come
through and help me out.
So that was very cool.
But again, that's not thepurpose of these readings.

(34:33):
It's cool when it happens, butthat's not the purpose.
So I want you guys to reallyembrace this and think about
getting readings like this aspart of your spiritual journey,
because I can just tell you formine and you didn't get to hear
it all, but I felt validation, Ifelt myself heal a little bit
more.
I feel like I'm solid in thepath I'm on.
I think I have a better thoughtpattern about authenticity and

(34:57):
what that means for me.
Yeah, just overall, it was agreat experience.
If I end up doing thepsilocybin journey I'm not
saying I'm doing it yet, guys, don't hold me to it but this
part of the healing felt good.
So I don't know, maybe in apsilocybin journey I can meet up
with this entity, I can chillwith my great, great grandma.

(35:19):
I don't know.
I think the possibilities areall there, and so I'm excited to
kind of contemplate this andthink about if this is something
for me, and I hope this helpsyou guys get to thinking about
it.
As you eavesdropped in on mylittle reading, and maybe it's
not so scary, right, maybeyou're ready to get one.
I don't know if it resonateswith you.
Reach out.

(35:39):
All right, guys, I'm gonna seeyou on the next episode where we
are talking with tammy'spartner, who does the psilocybin
journeys too, and we're goingto dig deeper into the logistics
of it.
And I have more questions.
You guys have more questionstoo.
I do too, so we're diving in alittle bit more in the episode
part two, which will be nextWednesday, so I'll see you there

(36:00):

five-star rating and maybeleave a kick-ass review.
