It’s Dr. Christiane, and I am so excited to welcome you back to another episode of The Happy Healthy Hustle Podcast. Today, we’re doing something a little different. I’m not breaking down a growth funnel or teaching a new visibility tactic. I’m sharing something even more foundational - the small, simple things that are helping me stay grounded and energized this month.
I’m walking you through my Top 5 favorite products and rituals for May. These aren’t just things I like. They are part of what I call The Petite Practice, a personal philosophy built around small, intentional actions that support your energy, your focus, and your ability to keep showing up in a way that feels good.
Before I get into the list, I’m also sharing something I’m proud of. This podcast has been nominated for the Women Podcasters in Education Award. I am incredibly grateful and excited, but more than anything, I want to talk about why this kind of recognition matters. Not because it is flashy or impressive, but because it reminds us that meaningful things can start small. I launched this podcast with a mic, a message, and a lot of heart. And now we’re here — growing together.
In this episode, I’m also diving into the psychology of small actions. There’s a concept I love called Self-Determination Theory, which says we thrive when we feel autonomous, competent, and connected. Every part of my Petite Practice supports those three elements. That is what this episode is really about: making space for joy, structure, and progress, even in a full season.
Here’s what I’ll cover:
If this show has helped you in any way, I would be so honored if you would vote for Happy Healthy Hustle in the Women Podcasters in Education Awards. It takes just a minute, and the link is in the show notes.
