The way you've had meditation described to you is wrong. Whoever started saying the goal of meditation is to clear your mind is completely full of it.

That's just not how it works at all. Let's talk about it.

So we've covered Infomation Diet, Gratitude and minimizing complaining, and taking care of your physical health. This episode is on meditation.

I'm really into a bunch of different types of meditation. There are literally hundreds. BUT in regards to basic mental fortitude and sense of wellbeing, there's one relatively simple type of meditation we're going to focus on. That is mindfulness meditation.
