“There’s power in looking silly and not caring that you do.” ~ Amy Poehler

This week I'm bringing you a special mini-cast episode just for the managers out there!

In a previous episode, I covered best practices on how to support higher education leadership teams.

In this episode, I will flip it and offer tips on how administrators can better support their teams.

As someone with over 20 years of experience in higher education, mainly in administrative support roles, I've witnessed firsthand the importance of great managerial support.

Being a supportive manager, in any industry, is a skill that takes time and practice. But it's worth it, because in the end, it can create a positive and productive work environment where everyone can succeed.
