Now let's begin your journeyback to wholeness.
(00:52):
One breath at a time, one stepat a time.
Let's dive into manifestingwith a regulated nervous system.
First of all, let's just evendefine manifesting.
There's so many values andbeliefs and thought processes
(01:13):
behind manifesting.
When we manifest, this is whenwe create something that we want
and something that we believethat we are worthy of.
It's a lot harder to manifestwith a dysregulated nervous
(01:33):
system.
Because you know what?
It's going to give you adregulated outcome.
Even manifesting all in itselfcan actually end up triggering
you.
Why?
Because sometimes the verything that we want, we have
somewhere deep down, unresolved, perhaps, stress, strain, and
(01:58):
even trauma connected to it.
It's one thing to maybe wantmoney, but then maybe all that
you saw during your childhoodwere your parents struggling and
constantly saying that they'refailing, we're not gonna make
it, we have to work hard.
A lot of this can becomelearned behavior.
Struggle can become learnedbehavior.
(02:20):
So when we would like thingssuddenly to manifest and create
more money, we're taking all theright actions, you might find
yourself having to workextremely hard just to get
there.
And even though in ourconscious mind we believe and we
feel, but this should be easy, let's go, let's let's find the
(02:42):
outcome.
Why can't it ever be my turn?
Why does it have to be so hard?
You see, manifesting cantrigger everything from your
beliefs, your values, and whatyou feel you are worthy of in
this life.
I acknowledge that from theprefrontal cortex, it's easy to
(03:07):
say, I want love, I want money.
This is where we live inoscillated desire.
This is where we live in thehere and now.
But sometimes now what happensis when we project, when we
think of that desire, when wewant something, the subconscious
mind is going to get involved, whether we like it or not.
(03:28):
And it's going to compare priorknowledge, prior archived
memories with the very thingthat you would like to create or
have.
Now, if there's unresolvedtrauma or stress associated with
that, it's going to bring upthese biochemical responses.
And often it is the repeat ofthis past of these past
(03:52):
experiences that is influencingand almost like tainting this
positive thought that we havetowards our goals.
And most cases, this can be sostrong that it almost freezes
you, it locks you in to a stateof fear or self-sabotage, or
(04:14):
suddenly feeling this wave ofI'm unworthy of having this, am
I allowed to have this?
Am I allowed to shine?
Am I allowed to have this moneyin a way that is graceful and
easy?
You see, most people fail torealize that it's really truly
important to do healing workbefore actually trying to
(04:35):
manifest.
Now, yes, sometimes it's peoplewho who manifest, they want
something, and then it happensfirst, they they get it.
There's of course thepossibility that maybe they were
just so in alignment with whatthey wanted.
They didn't have a lot ofself-sabotaging, you know,
beliefs or or wounds sabotagingthat, or we just see that they
(04:58):
achieve something, but we don'tsee how they might sabotage it
down the line.
So that makes another question.
So the challenge here is welive practically only five
percent in our consciousthought.
That is when we are in anactive state of desire, when we
(05:21):
think of doing something, whenwe move somewhere, when we plan
something.
The other 95% were actually inthe subconscious mind, and that
is where trauma is held.
Have you ever had?
Let me let me just put thisinto perspective.
Have you ever had these momentswhere you walk home and when
(05:46):
you get home, you realize as youclose the door, these pockets
of memory missing on your wayback to the house?
You cannot recount every step, like where you were, how many
streets maybe you crossed, theseare just these pockets of
moments.
Where were you while you werewalking, but your subconscious
(06:12):
mind took over?
Have you ever driven in thecar, you got home, and then
suddenly you stop, and how didyou take your safety build off?
You sit there and you think,How did I get here?
Meaning, there's maybe a fewseconds where you turn into the
(06:33):
driveway where you were so deepin thought that you were not
consciously driving yoursubconscious mind where all our
memories and and behavioralresponses are also located.
We've all had these moments,we've all had moments where we
had these pockets of data thatfeels like it's just absent.
That's when we were in thesubconscious mind.
(06:56):
And that just shows you thepower because when we are in the
conscious active state ofdesire, and there's something
that we want, we want love, thatdesire for love and holding the
positive thoughts of that, wecan only retain that to a
certain extent, and then lifegoes on, we need to go do other
things.
So it's hard to stay constantlyin that alignment.
(07:18):
So what takes over?
The subconscious mind alignswith the positive outcome that
you would like to have.
But if that positive outcomethat you would like to have is
only now packed with negativememories, you're bringing these
negative memories and attachingit to this positive outcome that
(07:38):
you would like to have.
And that is often what webecome a vibrational match to.
It's not that you're doingsomething wrong, it's not that
you don't know how to manifest, you know.
It's just that the priormemories that we have in
relationship to what we want isnot fully healthy or healed.
(08:01):
And that's why we can end upattracting um maybe what we
want, but it it comes maybe as apartner that is emotionally
unavailable.
If what you if what you wantedwas a loving partner, maybe the
person's unavailable.
You wanted to have someone, okay, great.
There you have it, but thisperson's unavailable because
that's the prior referencingthat you have stored in your
(08:24):
subconscious mind for how yourneed for love was met.
So that's why it's reallyimportant that we learn and
understand what could be thesepotential wounds behind that.
Because even with myself, Imean, I wrote this in a book, I
don't have that book here withme right now, but it's called
(08:46):
the abundant mindset, where Iwas manifesting money, I wanted
to have success, I wanted tohave all these other things, and
then what happened?
I ended up having astress-induced heart attack
because my association with, like, I mean, money success, it
was very clear to me what Iwanted it to look like and feel
(09:09):
like.
But what I didn't realize isthat my father's deep, deep,
deep unhealthy attitude towardssuccess was deeply affecting me.
I had to work hard, it's notgonna be easy, you must suffer
for your success, and so forth.
And I actually found myselfgoing through that.
(09:33):
And the only way that I couldmaintain the success was to
continue for it to be, you know, full of struggle, you know,
it's it's really, really hard.
And then I bet I ended upburning out.
And yes, my unresolved angerand frustration towards my
father played a really big rolebecause I was trying to prove
him wrong.
(09:54):
So my whole definition ofsuccess was very unhealthy, even
though in in my consciousthought I was clear.
I want success to be easy, Iwant it to be fun, I want it to
be graceful, and it should feellight.
Was I wrong?
It was the opposite.
(10:15):
Did I get to my end goal?
Yeah, I I manifested mysuccess, but with the
subconscious imprint perfectlyattached to it.
And it took me a lot ofconscious, deep, hard work to
decode and unpack that and thenput it back together in a more
(10:35):
healed way, and that made a hugedifference in how I succeeded
moving forward in my life.
Very good.
So I would love for today'spodcast.
So we we already talked a lotabout manifesting, and I know
that there's a lot that you knowabout it, but let's get to the
(10:58):
good stuff.
And I actually want the focusmore for today's episode to be
on the actual healing side ofit.
So now we're going to gentlyease into our meditation.
So if you're driving, if youare walking, maybe pause, come
back to me a little bit laterwhen you can lie down or sit
(11:22):
down comfortably.
And when you are ready, let'stake a nice deep breath.
Very good.
And if you feel comfortable, you can also close your eyes,
(11:51):
and just notice now as you arebreathing, notice how your
breath is moving with you, howit's moving your body, feeling
(12:13):
the surface beneath your body, and notice now wherever it is
that you're finding yourself, finding yourself in a nice,
(12:37):
open, comfortable space.
Just there in your imagination,a nice, quiet, comfortable
space.
And now, when you are ready, you can bring one hand on your
(13:23):
heart and one hand on yourstomach, and breathe deeply,
allowing your belly to rise onthe inhale, soften on the
(13:45):
exhale, and notice as you'rebreathing, imagine your body
gently shifting from that fightand flight to a really nice,
(14:09):
calm, restful state.
And what we can now also do tosupport that calmness and that
(14:30):
restful state to really trulyfully starting to come forward
is to imagine yourself standingunder a waterfall.
That waterfall is calm, it isstrong, but strong almost like
(14:52):
in a gentle way, strong in itscapacity to heal, feeling how
that water is rinsing from yourhead down out your face, fully
(15:12):
supporting you, helping you torelease stress, just feeling all
that tension perhaps in yourmind from negative thoughts
calming down, resting yourshoulders, resting your back,
(15:43):
and notice and feel how thatwaterfall is just soothing your
vagus nerve, almost like this, like a gentle river that's
flowing smoothly through yourbody, sending like those signals
of peace and safety to everyorgan.
(16:06):
That healing waterfall, thatlight is becoming concentrated
(16:31):
in your heart, and how thathealing light in your heart is
expanding and expandingthroughout your chest, your
arms, and also your legs untilyour whole body glows with
(17:06):
calmness.
This is the energy ofregulation, steady, grounded,
and clear.
Bring to mind something thatyou wish to manifest, something
(17:49):
that aligns with your highestgood.
See it clearly in your mind'seye, the details, people,
colors.
What does your environment looklike and feel like?
(18:12):
What do you look like and feellike now instead of chasing it,
(18:39):
imagine it gently flowingtowards you as if your calm,
regulated energy is almost likea magnet for it, feel the
(19:05):
emotion of already having it,that joy, feeling thankful,
feeling that that ease as wellthat comes with having it.
(19:28):
I invite you now to anchor thatemotion in your body, breathe
(19:48):
it into your heart, yourstomach, your whole nervous
system, and you can even affirmquietly to yourself, my calm
(20:14):
energy creates space for mydesires to arrive with ease and
grace.
And while you're standing inthat place of empowerment with
(20:35):
that healing waterfall flowingover you, let's also affirm a
few positive affirmations tocontinue to reinforce this.
And all that you have to do islisten to my voice, or you can
repeat them after me.
I manifest best when my bodyfeels safe and calm.
(20:56):
Peaceful energy draws mydesires toward me with ease.
I am a magnet for abundance, joy, and love.
(21:33):
Safety in my body creates spacefor miracles to arrive.
Calmness is my greatestmanifestation power.
(22:29):
I create from love and nolonger fear.
I embody serenity, and serenityattracts what I desire.
(23:11):
And clarity bringsmanifestation.
(23:40):
The more I soften, the more Ireceive.
(24:05):
I can manifest with ease andwith grace and flow.
(24:31):
I feel safe receiving all thatI desire.
I am aligned, regulated, andopen to infinite possibilities.
(24:55):
Noticing your breath, wigglingyour fingers and your toes.
(25:42):
And when you slowly start toopen up your eyes, bringing that
calmness, that serenity, thatcalm magnetism into your day and
night with you.
And welcome back.
(26:07):
And well done.
Thank you so much for beinghere with me today.
And remember that you're notalone, that you are healing one
step at a time, one breath at atime.
And our affirmation for today,my calm presence, is magnetic to
(26:31):
everything aligned with me.
So if this episode touched you, then please share it with
someone on their healingjourney.
And as always, breathe deep, listen within, and stay gently
curious.
Thank you for being here foryour love, your time, and your
(26:52):
energy.
I love you all.
And until next time, be thelight that you are.
