In this episode I share about my experiences with finally starting psychotherapy. I share about the challenges I faced to get to this moment (medical insurance, limited resources, added stress etc.). I take you into some of the topics that were discussed between me and my therapist such as education and a little about my CSA trauma.
Ever since discovering about myself being an assaulted as a child, I've always navigated through the challenges of recovering and healing by myself. I never had a professional help me directly, therefore, this is a very big moment in my CSA journey to finally be able to access this kind of resource. Join me as I take you along this journey of mine and maybe it can help you heal areas you didn't know needed healing as well.
