This episode (Becoming A Leader) is about without realizing it we follow so many others, we follow our friends, piers. I'm gonna quote somebody that I heard on a talk show “if you're not leading you're being dragged”. None of us want to be dragged so I think in learning to become a leader you need to find out what your niche in life is and the sequence of events that follow once you determine what that is, what your goal is, what you're really passionate about. If you don't already know what that is I would suggest praying, meditating making a vision board etc; and once you discover what your passionate about you don't need all these people around you because you're contented with who you are, you're focused, you're driven and you're working on something. The icing on the cake is once you start in the field that you're interested in regardless of what it is, you meet other like minded people and there is no competition you're all striving to be the best that you can be but the most important thing you all have is the common interest. from there you can make an array of new friends new relationships of all sorts. And by leader I mean you are becoming the leader of who you are you become your authentic self and you're working toward what makes you happy not what makes others happy or not doing what others think you should do, you're passionate about you.
