HAPPINESS - this episode is about the quest we all have to find happiness in our lives. There are two ingredients that I have found that do bring happiness to your life they're simple yet life changing. In applying these two simple measures in everyday life that'll take you to where you want to be, where you want to go. It's not about what other people think you should do, it's not about people pleasing, it's not even about what you've already gone through, it's about who you are today, what you've learned and what decisions you have made, what decisions you will make and the difference between the two. In this life changing episode there are many steps that we should take and that we need to take to be our best selves but I'm gonna share with you two of the simplest to become a way of life to walk in on a daily basis that will transform you in a simple way. Finding happiness does not have to be difficult it is a matter of changing where we put our priorities. So enjoy these first couple of simple but yet effective steps to your new journey, to the new you, to your new life.
