This episode “It's Not What You Think” is about how we process things and why we give so much attention to others behaviors and take it as if it were directed at us personally. Life does not have to be this complicated, how others act behave say usually has nothing to do with us, but even if it does it is not our business. If we have done something wrong to someone then yes we should take responsibility for that but everything else is just way too much baggage. To really enjoy our life, we need to put down that baggage and walk freely because we're surrounded by people, we're surrounded by scenarios and if we try to figure each one out we will have wasted our entire life trying to figure others out. This is our one shot at life let's enjoy it, it doesn't need to be complicated.
