Meeting Yourself Where You Are Today - is about embracing, loving, and accepting,who you are today and not always having things out of reach. Not always feeling like when this happens I'll be happy when that happens I'll look good, remove all of that and accept yourself as you are today. Once you do that, once you have that self love your body innately tries to improve itself, it keeps building on the improvements therefore when you're striving for certain goals e.g. diet etcetera you don't feel deprived because you're working together as one unit, it's not you forcing yourself to conform to something that it's resisting but you both have the same end goal in mind.
