Scared?  But Do It Anyway - is a continuation of episode 112. It's about having opportunities in life and the more they mean to you the more fear of failure comes in so a tendency with a lot of people is to not even try. But the reality is you do it anyway if you want to get ahead in life you have to do it anyway and there is no such thing as failure the only failure is not trying at all because if you try and if it doesn't go the way you want it to then you will learn what you need to work on or work at a particular situation.  This episode has a guest speaker who is a performer who goes through jitters every time she's going to perform and she talks about what she does she does to combat that. I was told that the same chemicals are in our bodies that create joy and excitement as the ones that create fear. So you might as well turn that fear into excitement because your body doesn't know the difference and it will serve you much better
