Every time you feel sad and you have a sorrow in your heart, you need to know what it is doing. If that sadness is not leading you to God, it is demonic. No matter how nice it feels, it’s an open door, a ticket to depression, a ticket to spiral down which will lead you to need deliverance later. The source of a sorrow that doesn’t lead you to God, stems from the world around you and will lead you back into the world. Godly sorrow will lead you to repentance. It leads you back to God and depending on Him.
