(00:33):
Hey everyone.

I am so excited for today'sepisode because I'm joined by
the amazing Clarita Escalante.
Together, we're going to bediving into the power of
collaboration and community, twoforces that can truly transform
lives your work,, and truly makean impact.
This is why we're on todaytelling you about this
(00:53):
incredible collaboration.
We have where my affirmationsare in her beautiful journal,
the wellness journal, specialedition, and to celebrate just
what's behind it.
So everyone, listeners that areClarita's audience and then my
audience.
I'm Teresa Caesar, theaffirmation babe and I'm also
(01:14):
the host and creator of heart totalk podcast.
And so on the podcast, I'mcommitted to spreading wisdom,
inspiration, and expandingconsciousness.
as affirmation, babe, I amreally passionate about.
Guiding others to cultivate anaffirmative mindset.
so when you bring that alltogether, that literally makes
you an unstoppable force andthen bring in collaboration, and
(01:36):
community will then take you tolike even higher levels.
So that is who I am in anutshell.
I'll pass it on to you, Claritaoh, my God.
Thank you so much.
It's such an honor to be herewith you, with your community
and just share, first of all,our incredible collaboration.
It's just an honor to.
Be able to come together, joinforces and bring value to our
(02:01):
community and showcasing, notonly our own magic, but like
each other magics, you know, Ifeel that affirmations have been
such an incredible, powerfulmodality.
And that's how I started myjourney with affirmations.
and that lead into, the rest ofthe things that I'm currently
(02:22):
doing.
And it was just like a nobrainer for me to say, Hey,
let's join forces.
This has been in the, works foralmost two years and now we're
coming together is a perfecttime.
And, a little bit about me, myname is Clarita Escalante.
I'm the founder of Align RitualsI am a cancer survivor, and
(02:43):
that's exactly how my journeybegan, and everything that I do
now, goes back to that challengein my life.
After my cancer diagnosed, Ibecame a nutritionist, a
holistic coach, and along withother certifications, and all of
that, Teresa, was to justeducate myself, empower myself,
(03:06):
and to never be in that positionthat I was, which was making a
decision based out of fear.
If something would happen again,I wanted to make the decision
based off empowerment.
And that led to the work that Ido now with Align Rituals.
Again, I'm the founder of AlignRituals.
(03:27):
We are committed to simplifywellness to our community.
And that is through the productsthat we have, to the things that
we do.
How can I simplify wellness withthis?
My journey and my education myexperience and simplify it to
people So they can take actionbecause I feel we all want to be
(03:49):
healthy.
We're all want to live our bestlives but sometimes there's just
so much information out therethat we become paralyzed of that
information and we don't takeaction and Yeah, I'm just So
happy to do the work that I doAnd i'm just so freaking excited
for our collaboration to cometogether And the wellness
(04:12):
journal have never been Betterin my opinion we remove all of
our inspiration quotes Andreplace them with the
affirmation codes from youTeresa, so we're super excited.
I have a copy here with me and Imean, can't see it, but I'm just
(04:33):
so excited.
The journal looks incredible andyeah, There's so much behind it.
the magic of the journalingprocess and the magic of
affirmations coming together, but the launch party.
Is what I'm really excited aboutwe're inviting those that are
listening if you're looking forcommunity connection, you want
(04:54):
to learn more about affirmationsjournaling.
It's like the perfect, time todo it.
If you.
Are a business owner, anentrepreneur, or you have an
idea and you want to, find acommunity who supports you, who
encourages you, who inspiresyou, who motivates you.
(05:14):
I think this is an incredibleevent to come in and we're going
to get to celebrate.
We're going to get to relax andcome through some bath, from
Megan.
Some Ricky from Erica, and thenyou're going to guide us through
some affirmations.
And then I'm going to get youguys through a little journal
(05:35):
with me and there's going to bemore surprises, but I feel, that
community is so important andcollaboration, it's just as
important as community.
And I'm going to share with youguys one of my favorite quotes
and this is from Warren Buffettand it states, if you want to go
fast, go alone.
(05:57):
If you want to go far, gotogether.
And I think it's so powerful, especially here in Tupelo.
Entrepreneurship, we get to, doso many things alone and then we
get custom to that of doingthings alone and not asking for
help, not reaching out forsupport and thinking that we're
(06:17):
doing this all along and I thinkit's just so important to find
community, find people that vibewith you.
It doesn't have to be in thesame industry.
I feel on a personal level thatpeople from other industries.
It's just where the magic isbecause you get to learn,
different ways of doingbusiness.
(06:38):
you can get, you know, Get whatserves and leave behind what
doesn't, and then they get togive you feedback on your
business as well.
Like, have you thought aboutdoing it this way?
And that has been such anincredible asset in my
entrepreneurship, findingcommunity that it's aligned with
me, and doing collaborationslike the one that we are about
(07:01):
to do, Teresa.
I agree.
And I love that quote so much.
There's times where maybe, wow,I've got to bring in maybe just
someone else that's a littleahead of the game of me or, or.
I really like what they aredoing and you know what, I'm
going to connect with them andputting ourselves out there.
Right.
And so I'm really excited aboutthis collaboration, Clarita,
because I feel like mycommunities are incredible but
(07:26):
we're all in differentcontainers.
So this doesn't give us theopportunity of coming together
and bringing us in onecontainer, like your
communities, my communities, andthen from there, that allows us
to then create thesecollaborations in such an
organic way.
Can we speak to the power inthat, you know, kind of
piggyback off that quote whereyou said like alone, I'm the
(07:47):
bomb, but together we can likedo anything right?
I'll use this collaboration asan example.
Sometimes we have theseincredible ideas.
We have these goals, thesedreams that we have.
And somewhere along the line, weget to Not do them because life,
(08:10):
it happens all maybe limitedbeliefs, you know, all of these
things that we put to ourselves.
So I feel when there is acollaboration, there is a sense
of accountability, like, Iwanted to do this collaboration
and I could have done somethingdifferent, release a special
edition, which I have done inthe past, for the wellness
(08:33):
journal, but this is like, okay.
We are creating a timeline, weare doing our to do list.
I have that accountability fromyou of like, Hey, Clarita, have
we done this?
Hey, can we do this?
And even like, for example,we're going to go live on social
media and I, I'm not a big fanof that.
(08:58):
And, but it's expanding, expanding me in a way and now
we're going to be accountable toeach other to come out and share
our message and share ourcollaboration and invite people
over to our event.
It's, September 28th from 10 a.
(09:18):
m.
to one at Casa Luna.
the ticket for this will be inthe show notes as well We have
others that are collaboratingwith us, Megan, Erica, Grace,
but it doesn't end there.
The Launch Party energy liveson.
Our community is an active, live, energetic force that you
can come on to Clarita'sInstagram, join part of her
(09:40):
newsletter.
Like, I love getting yournewsletters.
It's great.
You give such value, you give mea golden nugget of something
that I literally will likeimplement right away.
Or wow, you reminded me aboutthis because part of this work
is you don't do it one andyou're like, I got it.
It's like the gym.
You got to go back to keep thoseresults.
And then you do new things andlevel it up.
(10:00):
Right.
So I feel like for thoselistening, You can join us, meet
us in person.
You can still be part of ourcommunity.
Joining our Instagram.
so all of that will be in theshow notes, visit that to click
connect and engage with us.
We love hearing from you, youknow, share this episode with
anyone that you know, thatfeels.
(10:22):
Alone, like on their own littleisland that can happen
sometimes, especially whenyou're ready to level up I feel
that we have to put so much workand emphasis and focus into our
own personal journey, especiallywhen you're an entrepreneur,
because that is going to reflecton your business.
If you are up leveling yourselfon a personal level, and I'm
(10:43):
talking about wellness, Youknow, health, exercise, healing,
doing child inner work, therapy, whatever is that you need.
It's going to help your businesstremendously.
And that has been something thatI have been learning through
this journey of entrepreneurshipand also in my own personal
(11:06):
healing journey.
So I think it's just soimportant to put yourself first
and that's going to feed intoyour business.
And yeah, I'm super excited.
So, if you have been wanting toattend a wellness retreat, this
is your chance.
My annual retreat is coming.
(11:28):
April 4th through the 6th.
We still have, spaces available.
They're limited.
We do have payment plansavailable.
So, if this is on your mind, just reach out to me by email or
send us a DM and we'll work withyou.
The wellness retreat, isbasically the journey that I
(11:49):
have taken through my healingand my wellness journey.
So we're going to have somebiohacking, sessions.
We're going to have some yoga.
Healing sessions from Ricky tosound bath.
We're going to have one of myfavorite mentors and friends,
Leo Max, who is a spiritualhypnosis.
(12:11):
And we're going to have myfriend, Chef Ash, who is a
private chef.
She has been on the Food Networkand, um, she's coming up on a
new show, Fox, coming soon.
And she's just amazing.
So we're going to curate all ofher meals.
We do work with you on dietary,um, restrictions that you have.
(12:35):
So it's just going to be great.
Like a fun day, just pour intoyourself, nourish yourself, and
it's going to be from Friday toSunday and everything is going
to be taken care of when youarrive there.
Where's your retreat?
My retreats are in Sedona, butthis is specific retreat that is
coming in.
(12:56):
In April, it's going to be herelocally in Scottsdale.
And the reason why I did it isbecause half of the people on
the retreat, flying from anotherstate.
So I wanted to just it.
try something new, make it moreaccessible for the people that
are flying out of town.
And I'm excited for this onebecause I have so much support
(13:18):
locally and I think it's goingto be one of the best retreats
ever.
And this, this is actually goingto be my fifth one.
Your fifth.
Congratulations.
That's amazing.
That's just a testament though,of like you're the power of
collaboration the years backed, but the connections was probably
instrumental for you, I think incollaboration, especially with
(13:42):
retreats, I was told at thebeginning, and this is not a,
it's not a bad idea and I'm notsaying it's wrong, but you
always have to ask yourself, come back to yourself and ask,
how does it feel to me?
And one of the.
Uh, advices that I got from twobusiness coaches was don't bring
anyone to your retreat like youwant to do your retreats
(14:06):
yourself.
And I think it is powerful toshow your expertise, to show
your education, um, And to justset yourself as a, a, you know,
a business coach or anutritionist or whatever it is
that you do, I think there is apoint to that.
(14:27):
But for me, I was never, I'venever been afraid of
collaborating with someone elseand let them shine.
Because for me, my main purposeand mission in this journey and
this retreat is to showcaseeveryone that has been so
(14:48):
incredible in my journey thathave transformed my life 360
degrees.
And that has been the mission ofthe retreat to really showcase.
all of the modalities that havereally impacted me.
And I, I like to describe myretreat like a, like a buffet
where you can come in, trydifferent modalities that maybe
(15:11):
you wouldn't never try them onyour own.
And this is the opportunity foryou to try something at a, you
know, light level, and then beable to see if it speaks to you.
And I feel that this retreat isthat seed that you planted in
your journey.
And.
Take what serves and leavebehind what doesn't.
(15:32):
So for those listening whostruggle to find a high vibe
tribe or are struggling to findcommunity where they live, if
they don't live in Arizona andcan't.
You know, hang out with us inperson.
Do you have like a top tips Iwould say, put yourself out
there like in, you don't have tolive in here in Arizona to have
(15:54):
a community, to get a support.
I actually have met incrediblepeople.
And I feel that it sounds weirdI was telling my husband the
other day, there's this mentor, her name is Vicky.
And I told Omar, I want to goand go to her farm in Georgia
(16:17):
and just spend a day with herin, And he said, when did you
met her?
And I'm like, I met her online.
And it sounds creepy.
And I'm like, okay, it soundsweird, but we do know each
other.
But, I feel that.
With technology in today'sworld, I think take advantage of
(16:38):
that.
And I'm not saying puttingyourself, you know, in, in, in
harm's way or anything likethat, but there's so many
communities online.
There's so much, support thatway.
Second.
Work on yourself, like Imentioned previously, like do
the work, do the inner work, andthat's going to give you a lot
(16:58):
of courage.
And I'm not going to sayconfidence, and I'm being very
intentional.
I, instead of confidence, becourageous, and, you know, Show
up for yourself.
Reach out to people and becourageous and just do the
thing.
I feel that confidence will comeas you, are courageous to step
(17:23):
into the things that you want todo.
Don't just dream about it.
Don't just say it.
Just do it.
And that is something that Ioften talk about.
There's just everything that Ihave done, Teresa, has been
because of so many incrediblewomen that have said, Yes, this
is the way that I have done it.
(17:44):
And here it is.
Have I had people that says no,I don't have the time, or I
can't show you, or I can't sharewith you, or no?
Oh my god, many times, but therehas been way more yeses than
noes.
And the nose is not a bad thing.
Maybe they don't have the spaceat this moment.
(18:05):
Maybe it's not the right time atthis moment, and maybe it's God
or the universe, you know, protecting you.
So, I know it's not a bad thingthose are such great tips, is
there any other pieces to.
Mentioned to this audience aboutour collaboration, the launch
party, anything else Just getwith people that are.
(18:28):
I line with you and that feelsgood that when you see them on
your calendar, you're, you'reexcited to work with them.
You're excited to learn fromthem.
And I just want to say thank youso much, Teresa, for this
incredible opportunity to workwith you.
It has been such a.
Just a fun journey.
(18:48):
The journal is going to beavailable, even if you're
listening to this episode, tothis conversation and it's past,
September 28th, still go toAmazon.
That journal still is stillgoing to be available for you.
And then we have for limitededition, we have our candle be
(19:09):
the light.
And, I actually created it withthis black base Which is in
honor of our collaboration.
which I love me some black.
I just want to thank you aswell, you have been a source of
motivation, inspiration.
I'm learning so much from you,but this is just for me, that
(19:31):
prime.
Example of the power ofcollaboration, like together
we're going to create just notimpact on ourselves.
But further for the deeperimpact on everyone else.
Cause that's the real reason wedo the things we're doing.
So just want to thank you somuch.
And so to wrap up, I'm askingyou two questions to close this
up.
So the first one, what is yourfavorite affirmation to help you
(19:55):
stay motivated and inspired?
I would say I'm enough.
Because if more of us will feelthat we're enough that we don't
need another certification.
We don't need to have a certainbody.
We don't need to have, you know,a certain person in our lives.
We don't need anything else.
We're enough the way that weare.
(20:18):
We would be able to do moreincredible things.
We would be able to share ourmagic, not only, you know, for
entrepreneurs, but for anyone inthis world, if we would feel,
you know, that we're complete, that we're enough, we would show
up differently.
I love that.
And then the second question,Claudia, what is something that
(20:40):
you have done that has allowedyou to get the results that you
have now?
I feel that the work that I havedone on myself, and I feel that
that healing journey haveactually led to the amazing
things that I'm doing.
(21:00):
Feeling enough, going back tothat quote, feeling enough and
knowing that I'm complete andthere's nothing else I have to
do, has been incredible.
And that have allowed me to showup more as myself, like, show up
more as me without judgment, without limitations, without,
(21:21):
Bringing along my limitedbeliefs and being more
courageous and having thatcourage to step into the thing
that you know that you're meantto do.
Thank you so much for tuninginto this episode.
