So friends, let's get started.
Let's stop wishing ourselves outof our current circumstances in
life.
Let's stop worrying,overthinking, losing sleep,

underestimating our resilience,worth and power.
You're not defeated, you're notbroken, you're not behind, you
didn't mess up.
You are evolving, learning andtriumphing in ways you don't
even realize or see becausesometimes we just get so focused
on where we're not that we losesight of where we are and what

is.
You are exactly where you needto be in this moment right now.
Listening to this podcast, trustin that, and then you can trust
in yourself.
Then you can then trust in theprocess And then you can embrace
the incredible wisdom strengthand capabilities that actually
resides within you.
Now, For some reason we keeptelling ourselves that we're not

enough or that we're behind,that we have to find our purpose
or that we're not on purpose,that we have so far to go but
let me remind you and myselfthat every step of the journey
is part of the journey thattoday.
is my purpose.
Today, waking up and thinkingpositively and rewiring my

negative self talk is my purposeso that I can then be an
energetic force of positiveimpact because literally the way
you show up and who you are inyour home with your family and
your friends and your work isyour purpose.
So what are you doing with Thispowerful purpose that you have,

(03:53):
whether you work at McDonald's,whether you're a CEO, a teacher,
a student, it doesn't matter.
Your everyday life is not basic.
It is actually your point ofpower.
The power of now is yourpurpose.
Everyone is asking, I don't knowwhere I'm supposed to be.

(04:13):
I don't know my purpose.
I don't know my mission.
We'll start with your mission.
Today is to own and embracewhere you are and to then show
up being the example so that youcan then become an influence in
the environment that you are innow.

(04:33):
I invite you to affirm thisaffirmation.
I am where I'm supposed to be.
Claim this, speak it out loud,especially when you feel like
you're not where you're supposedto be is when you start to reach
for this is when you feel like,I don't want to go to work
today.
I don't want to go take my kidto this doctor's appointment.

(04:53):
I don't want to take myself tothe doctor's appointment.
I don't want to go to the gymeveryone feels this way at one
time or another.
This feeling can manifest whenwe dwell also on the past,
constantly wishing to relivemoments that are gone, or when
we actually fixate on being overthere, there is better than
here, right?

(05:14):
The grass is greener on theother side.
In these moments, what happens,we find ourselves not fully
living in the present.
Not showing up for ourselves,our work, our family, our
relationships.
We become disconnected from thereality where we are now, both
physically and emotionally andwhat that looks like.
It looks like we're distracted.

(05:34):
We become distracted and then wethen find ways to escape.
And we find ourselves trapped ina cycle of regret or longing or
anxiety.
This pattern of thought canhinder our ability to appreciate
the present moment and fullyengage with our lives as it's
unfolding.
It can honestly prevent us fromrecognizing the actual beauty,

the blessings we have and thepotential that exists in the
here and now, Embracing the ideathat you are where you're
supposed to be doesn't mean thatyou're settling or giving up on
your dreams or visions.
It's actually the opposite.
It's an invitation to trust thatthe answers and opportunities
that you're seeking are alreadypresent in your current

(06:18):
circumstances, in life, in job,in relationships, whatever that
is.
Sometimes you need to be exactlywhere you are in order to gather
the lessons, the strength, theknowledge, the experience, and
the resiliency needed to moveforward towards your highest
vision.
Reflecting on my own journey I'mso grateful for the challenges,

(06:41):
the obstacles, even the peoplethat have left my life, the
things that didn't work out,even things that took so long or
maybe didn't even come at allbecause they truly have shaped
me along the way.
Each experience has equipped mewith the skills and the capacity
and emotional intelligenceneeded to embrace the vision I

(07:03):
hold for my future.
And I'm in this moment now,right?
I'm in this gap where I'm stillacquiring these lessons and
learning from mistakes.
And I'm still practicing beingokay with not being perfect.
So where you are now is astepping stone on the path of

(07:25):
where you're destined to be.
Trust in the process.
Be patient, don't force,honestly flow, show up for
yourself and watch as theuniverse aligns to support your
highest aspirations visions andgoals.
And I'm going to share with youthree ways for you to embrace
where you are now and I use thisfor myself, especially those

(07:47):
times where I feel like I'm not,and and I'm having a tough time
This could be part of just youreveryday, like ritual
journaling, reflection piece, orespecially the times where
you're dreading showing up foryour life, and you want to
escape where you are or bypassor wishing things away.
And you don't want to confront.

(08:08):
So I'm going to share these topthings that I literally do for
myself.
And I'm actually doing them aswe speak this week.
So first one is just acknowledgeand accept the truth and
discomfort.
When you find yourself feeling,you know, this unease or stress
or anxiety over the situation,take a moment to reflect what
are the sources of thesefeelings?
Are they stemming from avoidanceof something you need to address

(08:31):
or confront?
By identifying the Root cause ofyour discomfort, you can begin
to confront it head on and takejust courageous action and steps
to address any underlying issuesthat may be present, once you
can accept them, acknowledgethem, then you can then start to
be like, okay, now how am Igoing to move forward and become

(08:52):
a person of solutions, person,moving forward with grace and
courage and honestly asking forhelp.
Who do you trust physically tohelp you emotionally?
Or I always like to hand itover.
We're going to get a little woohere.
Everyone, you know, listeningprobably have a different.

(09:13):
You know, spiritual practice,religion, doesn't matter who you
ask on, just ask, call on thathigher power, divine
intelligence, God, universe.
And that's what I do when I feellike it's hard to accept and I
do acknowledge it, but I don'tknow where to go.
And I literally just surrenderit.
I'm like, I surrender this.

(09:34):
I see this, help me shift, helpme, move forward because I know
I need to show up.
And help me with the tools andthe confidence.
And I know I'm capable, but helpme believe this.
And when I do, I let go, I go onmy walk, I listen to music, I

(09:54):
then lean into joy and I forgetand I stopped focusing on like,
you know, this discomfort andthat's when the answers reveal
itself.
That's when the motivationcomes, the energy and the
courage, the people to supportyou and whatever it is, right?
And here we go.
The next thing show up fully.

(10:17):
Make a conscious effort to showup for your circumstances, your
job, your relationships, or anyaspect of your life, strive to
bring your best self to thetable each day.
And I love to do this by, I usethe affirmation, excellence is
my brand.
It almost becomes like mymantra.
I am excellent.
Excellence is my brand.

(10:38):
I am capable.
I use those affirmations.
Again, if you don't alreadyfollow me on Instagram, I at, I
am the affirmation babe.
I have.
A bunch of affirmations I putout to a week and literally
they're the ones I curate formyself so excellence is my
brand.
By committing to excellence andall you do and.

(10:59):
Being fully present in themoment and giving people like
your full attention, listeningto listen, not to respond and to
pause and hold space.
You will not only enhance yourcurrent experiences with
everything, but also lay thegroundwork for a brighter future
aligned with your highest visionand version of yourself.

(11:23):
And the next, and this is thelast one, and it's a fully
loaded is.
Plan for your greater version,honoring the present, think
about it where you're livingnow, your life.
Now you once prayed for, giveyourself the opportunity to
dwell in that, that everythingyou are living now is something

(11:44):
you once prayed for.
A lot of times we shift ourattention and focus on what's
not here, how far we have left,what's not done yet, what I
messed up in.
And then you become a magnet forthat instead of this magnet for
goodness.
So ways to do that, you're like,well, how do I love where I am
now while still like workingtowards my goals and visions and

(12:08):
dreams?
Let me tell you how.
You can't work towards somethingthat you don't even know what
you're working towards So definethe clear and specific goals of
where you see yourself in allaspects.
health, finances, relationships,career, visualize your ideal
future self and outlineactionable steps to get you
there towards that vision.

(12:29):
So when you establish theseconcrete objectives, It'll
provide you the roadmap tofollow and milestones to track
your progress, Embrace yourcurrent reality as your
classroom.
So think of every day, like I amgetting my doctorate in
mastering my life and myself, mymindset, my emotions, and view

(12:50):
where you are now as a classroomwhere you can learn valuable
lessons, develop skills, andgain insights that will propel
you to your desired future.
You've got to master where youare before moving forward, let's
normalize avoiding thetemptation of rushing ahead
without mastering where you arenow, focus on honing in on your

(13:13):
skills, deepening yourrelationships and excelling in
your current role or situationbefore seeking to progress to
the next level.
Even in video games, like youalways have to master this level
win before getting the next one.
Understand that the doors toyour desired future will only
open when you are truly preparedand equipped to walk through
them, take the time to cultivateexcellence in your circumstances

(13:36):
that are current as it serves asa stepping stone to your
powerful future.
And as we wrap up this episode,I want to just leave you with
this powerful reminder that toreally own where you are now is
start first thing in themorning.
Each morning, take a moment tobe grateful for where you are

(13:57):
now.
Embrace the job you have, therelationships you hold, the
opportunities that alreadysurround you.
When you do this, you're goingto start to transform the
ordinary into the extraordinary.
Remember when you love where youare now.
Where you are now will love youback in ways you never imagined.
It's natural and completelynormal to get pulled away from

this energy and this thinkingfrom this belief, at times, an,
especially when things in lifeget overwhelming, in these
moments of doubt ordiscouragement, pause and remind
yourself.
That you're exactly where you'remeant to be in that you now know
how to move forward.
You have everything you needwithin you and around you.

Embrace it, believe it, andwatch the magic unfold.
