Theresa Cesare (00:06):
Hey guys.
Welcome to Heart to Talk thepodcast.
I am the host and creatorTheresa Cesare My intention for
this podcast is to deliver toyou wisdom, inspiration, and
consciousness.
Through solo episodes andconversations amongst insightful
people.
It is my greatest honor to bringto you talks that come from the.

(00:32):
Welcome to another powerfulepisode of heart to talk.
This one is a very special oneas it marks the 100th episode.
Reaching this milestone isn'tjust about hitting triple
digits.
It symbolizes a profound.
transformation and the innermilestones I have achieved along
the way.
Each episode representsstackable steps I've taken

(00:55):
towards the growth for thepodcast and myself.
The level up has been parallelfor sure.
As this podcast has evolved, sohave I.
With every conversation andevery story shared, I've
transformed, embraced new levelsof understanding and connection.
As I reflect on who I wasbecoming along the way, I'm

(01:16):
reminded of the original intentbehind creating Heart to Talk.
It was born out of the deep needof something I needed for
myself.
A source of inspiration, asource of motivation, healing,
connection, and community.
I wanted to cultivate a spacewhere I could learn to invite

(01:36):
grace into my life, nurture, unwavering faith, and develop
bulletproof self belief.
This podcast has become a safehaven where those values are not
only discussed, but lived out.
Today.
At episode 100, I feel aprofound sense of alignment with
the version of myself I'vealways aspired to be.

(01:59):
Every breakdown has led througha breakthrough.
My mistakes and pain hastransformed into purpose and
passion.
My wounds have morphed intowisdom.
As I play back episodes, I canvividly remember the moments
surrounding those recordings ofeach of those episodes, the
highs, the lows, and everythingin between.
I always showed up committed tothis podcast.

(02:22):
And in return, the podcastcommitted to me.
It became the one thing I couldcontrol amidst the things that
were uncontrollable in life, thepeople that had left, the
circumstances While I couldn'talways control the people or
circumstance around me, I couldalways control what the podcast
represented, how the podcastmade me feel and how the podcast

(02:44):
made others feel.
And that has been the greatestgift of all.
And literally the cornerstone ofeverything that I believe and
live out is it's about makingthe inner world more real than
what's happening around you.
And that is where the magic isand how to really move through

(03:06):
unlocking new levels ofourselves and our growth and
staying committed.
To the dream and the vision andso this milestone and
celebration is literally thecelebration of all of us.
As so many of you have been onthis journey with me since day
one, or maybe came in year two,or maybe just joining now, it

(03:30):
doesn't matter.
You're still part of thecelebration because you're part
of the community, whether youlisten once or listen to every
episode.
So as we celebrate thismilestone together, I, I
encourage you to also share yourvoice, express your creativity
as it is so healing and soinspiring and impacts humanity

(03:51):
on so many levels.
The thing I have learned is thatthe dedication to my personal
growth in my internal successesis what I've come to learn is
the highest form of self lovewhen you focus on.
Becoming that better version ofyourself on all levels, like
especially behind closed doorswhen no one sees you, that is

(04:15):
impact.
That's how you change the world.
People always want to know, howcan I make an impact?
How can I change?
Gandhi said it best be thechange you want to see because
what that does, it creates aripple effect.
My internal.
Changes have not only affectedmy external world, but it has
affected in the most positiveways, those closest to me, what

(04:38):
we think and who we are iscontagious.
So let's let this journey ofgrowth and connection continue.
Knowing that each step we takeenriches not only our lives, but
the lives of those around us.
Here's to the next level and allthe possibilities that await
from whatever you are doingevery day towards a big goal you

(05:02):
have.
As you notice, the vibe andtheme of this episode is all
about milestones, right?
Celebrating our wins andentering new levels.
So I ask you, what milestoneshave you recently achieved as
you're listening?
It doesn't matter how tiny theymay seem.
Every step forward is worthcelebrating.
What I can tell you is this isepisode 100, but I'm going to

(05:25):
tell you, I was just as excitedwith episode one and two and
every single one.
Has been such a win because Iknow the energy and intent
behind it.
And it's all about also likewhen you get to that milestone
or that achievement is justsavoring and honoring it.
And you could be humble, but yetbe proud of yourself the podcast

(05:50):
journey, although I'm connectedto thousands of people is
actually a journey of solitude.
I really sat in a lot of alone, quiet time, which was so
powerful.
I didn't even know that that'swhat I had to do and who I had

(06:11):
to become was a person who hadembodied that.
The power of solitude for somany years of my life, external
and collaborative decisionmaking was part of how I lived
external validation, leading mefor my choices and decisions and
for once the podcast and who Ibecame along the way.

(06:34):
Took the version of me that madethe decisions on her own,
trusted herself and believed inherself, and didn't let any
other voices permeate or tamperwith my decision making.
And that's the power of anythingthat you want to integrate or

(06:56):
change, or when you startworking on personal development
and the journaling and thegratitude and the affirmations,
time to yourself.
is so important.
Because you develop self trustand psychological certainty and
cognitive resilience so as muchas I rise to the occasions and I

(07:17):
love to challenge myself.
I also believe in honoring andcelebrating the journey.
Behind every achievement,there's hard work,
determination, and perseverance.
Reaching this 100th episode,again, isn't just about a
number.
It's about understanding thegifts that come with it.
It's reverse engineering theprocess that got me here.

(07:39):
So when you are thinking aboutsomething you're celebrating,
how do you reverse engineer theprocess and celebrate that?
That Right there is where themagic is.
behind the scenes.
Consistency has been a gamechanger for me alongside other
attributes like resilience,focus, and adaptability.

(08:02):
As we approach this new year,I'm excited to continue
expanding on these goals that Ihave and implementing new
strategies for growth.
Now, one thing I will say, we'relistening to this January of
2025 new year.
It's a new day.
We're going to enter a new week, but really the point of when you
listen to any new year, episode.

(08:23):
It's timeless and universal.
So you can listen to this andimplement anything that I am
discussing.
And so I want to share with youas I am entering literally my
next level.
Digitally in the podcast, right?
Triple digits, 100.
I'm entering my next level of.

(08:45):
Greatness.
My practice is creating a wordof the year or a mantra or
phrase.
And so I asked myself thisquestion, I'm asking you, who do
you need to become to get toyour next level?
And whatever it is that youdesire, is it in your business,
in your relationships, or maybea blanket statement or a blanket
word that will affect all areas.

(09:06):
And so I want to share with youmine.
What I do is I ask myself, whodo I need to be?
What energy do I want tocultivate to elevate myself to
the next level?
And this year, my mantra is I'mall in.
I've realized that in areaswhere I've made fallen short, it
was often because I wasn't fullycommitted.
But now.

(09:26):
I'm all in on my business andI'm all in on my children when
I'm with them.
All in energy is present energy.
I am all in on my relationshipsand connections.
I'm going to make it a point toinitiate meetups.
I'm going to check in with thoseI love.
I'm all in at work.
I'm going to show up and beexcellent.

(09:49):
I'm all in on my fitness and myhealth I'm all in, no more
excuses, no more toe in thewater.
Any of that in all in energy isgoing to get me to new levels.
It's going to keep me focusedagain with determined action.
So powerful.
I invite you to join me withthis powerful practice.
Think about what word or mantraor phrase that resonates with

(10:13):
you and what describes theenergy you want to bring in, in
this new chapter, in your nextlevel, what's going to propel
you forward as you enter thisnew day, a new week, a new month
and a new year.
So let's let this journey ofgrowth and connection continue.
Knowing that each step we takeenriches not only our lives, but

(10:35):
the lives of those around us.
Here's to the next levelinfinite opportunities, and all
the possibilities that awaitfrom whatever you are doing
every day towards a big goal youhave let's embrace
transformation.
And remember that every stepforward is a reason to
celebrate.
Let's commit to knowingourselves deeply, harnessing our

(10:56):
energy and stepping boldly intothe greatness that lies ahead.
