Cesare I'm so excited to dive ininto a powerful short and sweet
episode, and I wanna just remindyou that.
Everything I share here, myaffirmations, my guidance, the
conversations I have with othersthat come on the show, it all
comes from the heart.

I mean, that's why I call thispodcast Heart 2 Talk'cause I
believe that real powertransformation and impact
doesn't just start in your mind.
It starts with the heart.
And I also believe that theheart is the most powerful and
intelligent energy system.
Your body science actuallyconfirms this.

Your heart has its own brain,its own rhythm, and it actually
sends out more signals to yourbrain than your brain sends to
it.
And it radiates even moreelectromagnetic power and energy
than the brain.
Now, that's power, and that'swhy everything that I do comes
from a heart-centered place.
In today's episode, we'reactually gonna be talking about

the neuroscience behindreprogramming your subconscious
and how your heart and yourthoughts literally shape who you
become.
And of course, my favoriteaffirmations.
Affirmations aren't being fake,or pretending it's actually
programming.
And we're gonna talk about why.
So let's start with thesubconscious.

Here's the thing.
95% of what you think, say, anddo every day comes from your
subconscious.
That's the part of you that runson autopilot.
All your habits, reactions,beliefs, stories, they're all
stored in that subconscious filecabinet.
And most of it, you programmedyourself before age seven when

your brain lived mostly inwhat's called a theta wave
state.
But here's the good news, you'renot stuck there.
Through neuroplasticity, yourbrain and heart are constantly
changing, reshaping around thethoughts and emotions that
you're repeating.
The Heart Math Institute callsthis heart coherence.

That's when your heart and brainsink, and that's when you become
the most magnetic, creative,balanced, powerful self.
Now we're gonna jump into.
One of my most favorite topics,and that is reprogramming
yourself.
We're gonna get a little bitsciencey here for a minute.
Every thought you repeatstrengthens a neural pathway,

like carving grooves in yourmind.
So when you affirm somethinglike, I'm safe, I choose peace.
I love when I'm becoming, you'renot pretending you're
programming.
And that's what affirmations do.
That repetition builds newconnections.
The more emotion and focus youbring, the faster the rewiring
happens.
This is also where the heartcomes in, that heart power.

When you breathe in love orgratitude while affirming
actually amplifies theneurochemical response and makes
you so magnetic.
Neuroscientists like Dr.
Joe Dispenza, who I love somuch, I'm actually currently
reading one of his books calledYou are the Placebo, making Your
Mind Matter.
So powerful.
I recommend this book if you areloving this content.

Anyways, so pivoting back intothe episode, the other
neuroscientists that talk aboutthis is Dr.
James Doty and Dr.
Tara Schwart show that combiningemotion, attention, and
repetition reprograms yoursubconscious habits and
emotional responses permanently.
So that brings me to the nextthing, personality.

Isn't permanent.
I want you to remember this.
Your personality isn't fixed,and Dr.
Cho Dispenza says it best.
If you wanna change yourreality, you've gotta change
your personality.
I mean, how powerful is that?
It's not who you are, it's justwho you've been practicing
being.
Psychology proves that when youchange your focus behaviors in

emotional states, yourpersonality begins to shift too.
So think about an actor in amovie.
Your favorite actor, you lovethem because they're so good at
making you believe in thecharacter that they're
portraying in that movie.
They actually use these things.
They reprogram theirsubconscious, and because
they're using heart power andcoherence, they're able to

literally, and.
Body, this character, whoever,that they're playing in this
movie.
So much so that oftentimes whenthey're done with the movie,
it's hard for them to actuallybreak a character because they
literally have become thischaracter permanently.
But again, we know that noteverything can be permanent.
We can actually use thesepractices to rewire and undo.

Right.
Break the habit of beingyourself like Joe Dispenza says,
and just begin a new program.
So.
If you lived in anxiety, doubt,or self-criticism, that's just
an old pattern.
You can choose peace, you couldchoose confidence, and you can
choose presence.
You can literally build newwiring for the energy, the

character, and the mindset youwant to embody.
That's the power you hold inevery moment.
So now let's talk action steps.
Heart powered reprogramming iswhat I like to call it.
So you ask, well, how do I startcreating lasting change?
I'm gonna just give you somevery simple, hard aligned steps.
The first one, catch yourautopilot.

Notice the reoccurring thoughtsand patterns.
And realize, oh wow, those arejust old programming.
So if you don't like what you'reexperiencing, think about what
you're saying.
What are you doing automaticallyevery day, especially first
thing in the morning and beforegoing to bed?
So that leads me to the nextstep.
Use the power of a theta moment.

Now theta moments are the fewminutes before sleep or right
after waking up.
This is when your subconsciousis most open.
It's also the perfect time toreach for a journal and write
down the things that you'regrateful for.
Or if you're not much of awriter, you can just sit in your
bed and you know, say Thank you.

Like, if the, the only prayeryou ever said was, thank you,
that would be enough.
I forget who said that.
I don't wanna say Meister, butalso Oprah says that.
So anyways, I always like togive credit where credit's due.
So again, that's when you know,instead of reaching for your
phone and reaching for., Youremail and text messages or the

news reach for in those times,your theta state, something
powerful something thatactivates love, or gratitude.

that affirmation aloud, and youfeel it in your heart as truth.
Again, it's like one part of thepower is the mind, which we know
is so powerful, but include theenergy of your heart.
So step three, just what I justsaid, you pair your affirmation.
With emotion, you pair yourgratitude with emotion.

You pair whatever it is thatyou're saying.
Or declaring with emotion.
If you have a vision ofsomething that you want in your
life, a house, a car, a job, adifferent reality, write it,
think it, but feel it.
And then when you add sensory,like the five senses, like what
does it smell like, tastes like,it is so powerful.

Your heart's energy superchargesthe signal to your brain.
Step four.
This is where the real power is.
Again, it's making it a dailything.
Anchor it daily.
This is how you build theversion of yourself.
You truly wanna become oneaffirmation, one emotion, and
one heart beat at a time.

So as I wrap up, if you everhear anyone say, people don't
change.
Smile quietly to yourself.
'cause I'm living proof that youcan change and I invite you to
be the living proof that you canchange, that.
You can literally change yourpersonality, so you can change
your personal reality.
Your brain and your heart arewired to support the version of

you that you desire, that youconsciously choose.
