82. Podcast updates, trusting the creative process and paving our own path in life

In this episode I share an update on how I intend to experiment creatively with the podcast format moving forward.

So often we put ourselves into boxes, trying to be one thing and create and express ourselves in these limited ways.

On my self discovery journey I've come to understand that I am just not meant to do things in the way others are doing them. I want everything I create to be a unique expression of myself.
