So, you know, that's the thingthat gets me about a lot of
people who quote scriptures thataren't religious or that aren't,

They grab little pieces of thescripture instead of where the

You can't just take little bitsand pieces.

just say, Jesus, God, HolySpirit, give me the words to

know what to say.

And, you know, I could see theperson that I was talking to
either change or get moredefensive and more, you know,
wanted to get away from me,wanted to leave, wanted to move
and go on.
And, you know, then after it'sdone, I sit there and say, okay,

Hopefully I changed theiropinion.
Hopefully I, you know, I knowyou gave me the words to say and
the things to say, and I thankyou for And all the glory be to

So that's what you've got to do.
I think too many people getscared of that and don't ask for
the help from God and Jesus togive them that.

I'm doing a Bible study rightnow this year.

just need to do it.

before in my lifetime.

spewing things and they don't goto the word to see if what is

And he's, I mean, we talkedabout it in the Bible study I
was in this morning.

Yeah, that, you know, he's goingto be very charismatic.

And, you know, a lot ofChristians are going to believe
that he is the chosen one.
And he's going to get a lot of,a lot of people are going to go
to him.

And that's the thing thatbelievers have to also, you
know, be aware of.
And that's why checking whatyou're hearing, you know, and,
and, and looking deeper intomaking sure that what you're

that are actually telling thetruth and that are, and that
are, you know, spreading thegood news and the word and stuff

quoting scripture and you openedour Bible and looked at that

You have to stop this This is,you know, the truth that you

people who quote scriptures thataren't religious or that aren't,

They grab little pieces of thescripture instead of where the

What is actually being said?
You can't just take little bitsand pieces.
You have to understand what'sthe context of what is being

And that's the thing thatbothers me most about people who

the Bible and don't know, youknow, they need to learn.

And he's, I mean, we talkedabout it in the Bible study I
was in this morning.

Yeah, that, you know, he's goingto be very charismatic.
Yeah.
And, you know, a lot ofChristians are going to believe
that he is the chosen one.
And he's going to get a lot of,a lot of people are going to go
to him.

Yeah, he's going to, he's going to corrupt them.
And that's the thing thatbelievers have to also, you
know, be aware of.
And that's why checking whatyou're hearing, you know, and,
and, and looking deeper intomaking sure that what you're
being told and stuff like that,you know, but then again, those
that are actually telling thetruth and that are, and that
are, you know, spreading thegood news and the word and stuff

like that, you know, evil isgoing, Satan's going to try to
corrupt their dialogue, youknow, and, and, and convince
people that, you know what, no,they're, they're, they're,
they're, you know, they're fullof sin.
They're not they're not doingthat and you know what yeah
everyone is full of sin that'swhat happened to when we got
that free will you know whenAdam and Eve just went against

the rule one rule and eight ofthe tree and you know we're
tempted by Satan so then thereyou know that's where we're
stuck with where you know we'restuck with having to deal with
the evil that can masquerade

I remember years ago when we were trying to find a
home church we went to a churchdenomination that we've never
been to before and there was nota Bible in a pew there was not a
Bible there but we always takeour Bible no matter what church
we go to we're always

taking our Bible

and there was a pastor up there who started
quoting scripture and you openedour Bible and looked at that
scripture

and it didn't

not a thing what that person was saying was

truthful

exactly Exactly.
And I might have chalked it upto, oh, they might have just
misspoke.
But just other things that thepastor was saying and just the
church just felt

cold.
Yeah, it didn't feel like theHoly Spirit was there.
It didn't feel like it was onthe up and up.
It didn't feel like it was trulya gift.

they say always find a Bible-based church.
And I don't think that was aBible-based church.
And we could not get out ofthere quick enough.
Right.
We were walking out, and youwere just like praying to the
Holy Spirit, you know, pleaseprotect us as we're walking out.
And I didn't like it because thekids were little,

I think we took them to the Sunday

school part.
Yeah, the Sunday school part.
And then they paraded them up.
They paraded them

up to the front, and we're making them do, I don't
even remember what, but it justfelt.

Yeah, it wasn't, it wasn't, it didn't feel right.
It almost felt

like Scientology-like.

Well, I don't know what Scientology, you know what
I mean?
I don't know.
around that, but it didn't feel,it didn't feel Christian.

They weren't bringing the kidsup front to, you know, sing
their little, you know, cutelittle Bible songs and, you
know, anything like that.
It just, it just felt like Ididn't like it.
So thankfully we got out ofthere and we found a better

Yeah.
But get in a good Bible basedchurch.

YouTube is fine, but podcast,you know, you're, when you go to
a podcast, you're going justlike to ours, you know, you, you
go to our, you come to ourpodcast, you listen to our
podcast and, you know, you, youhear what we're saying and then,
you know, you can rate us, youcan, you can let us know if you

are interested in hearing morethings or if that, you know,
Hey, I didn't like what you hadto say, you know, that's the,
that's the best thing to do.
And what that does is that helpsthose podcasters just like it
helps us to be able to know okaywell we either hit a nerve or
you know what okay so peoplearen't interested in that and

that allows us to be able toadjust our podcast to reach more
people but that's what otherpeople are doing you know
they're giving their podcast andyou're being able to listen to
what they're having to say andthose that want to follow you
know click it click it likesubscribe and they're there
following it you So that's awonderful thing.

And that's the beauty of what Isay about podcasts because
you're getting the individual.
It's not being corrupted by anyother outside influence.
And that's where I think thatthe podcasts are great.
So if you are followingpodcasts, I mean, if you're
following ours, I highlyrecommend give those podcasters

that you're following, let themknow how you feel.
Rate them.
You know, give them some kind ofinput and some kind of
understanding because we don'tknow if we're touching people in
ways and we're out there gainingmore, you know, listeners if we

and just decompress.
Let it get out of your system.
It's still going to be there.
It's not going anywhere.

But for you and your sanity andfor your peace of mind, please
just try, if you can, to justset it down and get away from it
for an hour or two or 24-hourfast on it.
