Wisdom Mind & Body LLC was created by Emily Wisdom as an overflow of her love for yoga and helping people heal. Our goal is to create love, adventure and abundance for all. Yoga, meditation, breath work, nature & creativity are just a few of the tools we use to help others become their own healers and reveal their truest selves.
Emily is a certified 500hr Yoga instructor and registered with the Yoga Alliance. She works will a wide-variety of clients including students, law enforcement, special needs and physical impairments. She is also certified in CPR, holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Management and Masters Degree in Criminology.
Emily’s ‘official’ yoga journey began in 2016 at Black Swan Yoga in Dallas, TX where she fell in love with the sweaty and spiritual practice of hot yoga. When she is not teaching or practicing, she loves spending time with her family and friends traveling, trying anything active, adventuring outside, playing in the water and co-creating a magical, meaningful life.
