In this episode I was joined by Julie Hest. Julie has a deep love of stories, how they connect us to ourselves, our history, our community, they help form us into who we are. Julie and I explored some stories and the ways they can make everything around us come to life in a different way, how they can be used to teach and inform and build safety within as well as validate our experiences. The power of a story really comes to life.
Julie is a 'Kiwi' mom of 2 who just moved her family to the Netherlands where her husband is from. Julie is so excited about the story for social change and personal growth. You can find out more about the power of story and how they light Julie up on her podcast Unabridged You linked below!
