NJ Shelsby has spent more than 20 years using technology to save time and become more productive. She likes to see people get their boldest dreams into action using technology as a tool to help, rather than the hinderance it can so easily become in our lives.
In this episode NJ and I dive into the ways technology permeates the home and our culture and healthy ways to implement boundaries for ourselves and our children to make it a tool that works for us and can enhance our lives without sacrificing relationships.
I have to admit when she said we can only have 5-7 active tasks on our plate at a one time, as a self proclaimed life long learner who loves a good master class this was eye opening! Not to mention her tips about making sure teens feel respected and like the have a voice in the home, sounds so obviously simple and is something we can so easily lose site of.
So much goodness NJ shared with us in this episode!
