You're probably alreadylearning this in dental school,
but you know, in dental school,they like to do things
old-fashioned, at least teachyou the old-fashioned way before
they bring all the AI in it.
They're gonna teach you theold-fashioned, the real way to
do it, which is always the bestway to do it.
I can remember when I wasbefore I became a dentist,

Florida State Universitystudying for my bachelor's, I
took this class because I didn'tknow what I wanted to do.
So I took this class because Ithought maybe I wanted to go
into like the nursing field.
So there was this class thattaught us how to take blood
pressure manually.

Now, that class helped me eventill this day to take my blood
pressure manually as a doctor.
So it's all about the thingsthat you learn to help you grow.
So don't be afraid of learningthings.
But AI is here to change thegame.

AI for personal growth.

Now, ChatGPT changes the game.
I use it actually like my ownpersonal assistant.
I'd be like, Chat GPT, do this,make this thing.

Chat GPT is the homie.

I know that sounds crazy, butturn a boring article into three
bullets or even ask it to writeaffirmations in your voice.
You can do whatever you want inChatGPT, help you elevate your
social media game, but that'smostly for business.
But for personal growth, it canhelp you, you know, shorten

So, Chat GPT, that's numberone.
Number two is a new tool that Ifound out about, and they say
it's replacing Google.
I don't know if y'all heardabout this new tool, but it's
called Perplexity AI, and I diddownload it.

I'm still getting used to itbecause I'm so hooked on Google.
But perplexity AI shortens allthe reading that you do on
Google.
You know, you know how Googlenow, they have Google AI.
I don't know if that's reallywhat it's called, but it will
summarize what you search for.
So perplexity AI, theirtechnology basically already

does this, and it's supposed tobe really good.
It's Google with receipts, itgives you sources for
everything.
So if you're like me, if you'rea nerd, or if you're not a nerd
and you just want to use youjust like Googling shit, like
me, I'm always thinking andtrying to plan and elevate and

So Perplexity AI is that Googleof the now that the youth are
using.
So check that out, download it,and see if it can replace
Google.

So this is for organizing yourlife, your task, your journal,

too much sometimes.

Now I'm not in dental schoolanymore, but once I was in

You gotta stay organized onpaper.
Now it's not like that.
Even in uh uh, well, in anyschool, I had to stay organized
on paper, but now it's AI.
In dental school, they reallydidn't allow you to have tablets
and computers.
The professors, for somereason, they grew up back in the

And I'm like, but now I'm surethey allow it more towards the
end of my dental schoolmatriculation.
They started to allow it.
But, you know, times change andthey are changing so rapidly.
So you gotta stay caught up.

Just recently, I had ChatGPThelp me come up with a plan for
me to start creating dentalgrills, you know, gold grills,
diamond grills, because I wantto start offering this.
And it just helped me come upwith the list of supplies I
needed, the training that Ineeded, when I should start, you

know, the it just helped youlike that.
So it's like, oh, well, thatwas easy.
Because if I wouldn't have donethat, I'd have had to go and
research this stuff myself.
I could have used Perplexity AIalso.
But now you have a little plan.
Number four is Quizlet AIflashcards.
Now, this is a game changer forthe students out there.

If you were a student, QuizletAI flashcards.
Or if you're studying foranything, eventually I want to
start offering masterclasses.
And this could be a way for youto study for the test, even
though it's not real test.
But if you're really in school,this is a great way for you to
study.
It can break down your notesinto flashcards without all the

I mean, we used to spend hourscreating flashcards sometimes in
school.
Or you had to buy one, buy theflashcards pre-made, but it's
amazing for dental CE, fordental boards, for any kind of
boards test, and even learning anew language.

So, for example, my TikTokers,and you know, for my tribe
worldwide, Quizlet AI.
If you want to go to a newcountry and you want to learn
the language, why not use thiswhile you're on the plane to
help you learn the words?
You know, remember it.

is AI Wellness Apps.

I use this at night to help mecalculate my sleep to get better
sleep.
If you are using Chat GPT andit says, hey, to get to your
plan, you're gonna need to drinkmore water, get more sleep.
You can come up with a plan foryou to reach your goals or to
get healthier.
Calm AI helps me say, hey, it'sbedtime.

This is how much sleep you got,or you were snoring, or you
know, it kind of could calculatethat for you if you wear your
Apple Watch or any type ofsmartwatch, which they have on
the TikTok shop.
Uh, smartwatches that can helpyou.
But you download this app andit helps you get more sleep,

track your sleep.
Another one is Headspace AI tohelp you meditate and focus.
These are wellness apps thatcan drive you for personal
growth.
And I'm sure there are so manymore wellness AI apps to help

you grow and meditate and focus.
Instead of strolling atmidnight, imagine asking AI to
plan your morning routine forsuccess.
That's how you get disciplineand sleep.
That's our personal assistantnow, because we're doing
personal growth and we're usingAI to get there.

get discipline so you can getmore sleep.
And the app for the sleep, AIisn't here to replace your
grind, it's here to organizeyour mind.
And that's exactly what ithelps me do.
Organize my mind.
