In Episode 0013, I am joined by my friend and fitness trainer, Jim Ford. In this episode, he shares his journey of faith and how God has directed his path through the years. He also shares a testimony of healing from acute compartment syndrome and a subsequent battle of necrotizing fascitis, which could have taken his leg or even led to death...but GOD! Jim also speaks to how important our physical health is -- not just for aesthetic reasons, but in the healing process from injury and sickness.
