Andrea Matthies (00:00):
This
is the House of Andrea.
I'm Andrea Lee Matthies, an artist, photographer, and clairvoyant medium.
And in this podcast, we explore what itreally means to thrive as a soul having
a human experience, how to connect withour energy, transcend those edges and
boundaries that we create for ourselves.
(00:20):
And open to the fullspectrum of who we are.
If you're ready to see yourselfdifferently, to sense more deeply,
and to expand into more of who youare, you are in the right place.
Let's dive in.
Hello, and welcome backto the House of Andrea.
I am your host, Andrea LeeMatthews, and today I wanna dive
(00:43):
in to this concept of remembrance.
Particularly when it comesto our soul and our energy.
We hear this a lot, this concept ofremembering who we are, And quite
often it's being used in the contextof remembering how confident we are,
(01:08):
remembering how brave we are, how strongwe are, and whilst this is so important,
and honestly tapping into that remembranceat a real human level has profoundly.
Shaped the way that I've been able tonavigate a lot of conflict, a lot of
(01:30):
trauma, a lot of change in my life.
I believe particularly in the contextof everything that we talk about here
in the podcast, with the energy, withsource, with the unseen, with the
field, there is a level of remembrancethat we can tap into that is more.
Than just the humanskill or the human power.
(01:55):
There is so much that exists within us,around us that we can tap into, tap into
a deeper remembrance, a soul remembrance.
A remembrance that we are energy, that we come from energy, and
(02:16):
we have always come from energy.
Right now.
You are this incredible.
Expression of energy, of frequencyin the form of a human being
that is living in the world rightnow, in the year that we're in.
(02:40):
But your energy, your core, youressence, your soul, has been
around for such a long time.
This is not the first time That it hasbeen on a human journey, on a planet,
on an having an experience like this.
Your energy has experienced being in aform many, Many times, and for some of us,
(03:05):
this is a foreign concept, particularlywith some of the religious beliefs
that have formed over the centuries ofhuman existence, some of the scientific
beliefs, some of the ways in which we'vekept ourselves safe as a human race,
and created language and constructsaround what it means to be human and
(03:29):
what it means to be born to live.
To die.
But in my beliefs and in a lotof spiritual practices, the
soul, the energy, the essence, itcontinues to take many forms over
many, many periods of existence.
(03:50):
It takes a unique form each timeit is created and born into a human
body for a particular lifetime.
But the energy that it has experienced inthe past, in previous forms, that energy.
Never goes away.
It's never destroyed.
(04:11):
It is something that accumulatesin the energy, in the essence,
and when we talk about remembrance
In the realm of spirituality, this is what we're talking about.
We are talking about tapping intoand remembering those fragments
of energy that have existed andexperienced so many different
(04:37):
lifetimes, past times, energy forms in.
All different ways, both in human physicalform and in energetic form as well, where
the energy goes when it's not in a humanbody, in a human experience, that energy
is still here with you and always is.
(04:59):
So in the context of this work andthese conversations, I'm talking about
coming home to yourself and remembering.
All of that wisdom, those experiences, those energetic abilities, and this is
where being brave enough and being readyto really open ourselves, not only to the
(05:25):
concept, but to the knowing, the reachingback, the understanding, the tapping
into, and the connecting with can change.
Everything, because all of a sudden weare not contained to just what we know in
this lifetime based on the experiences, the exposures, the environments, and the
(05:49):
situations that we've been since we'vebeen born in this lifetime, we have.
All of this incredible energy andfrequency that is available to us to
tap into, to remember, to leverage, tofeel, and allow it to soak back into the
(06:10):
physical form that we're in right now.
And this can look like many things.
When I first started thinking aboutthis many years ago, there are a
couple of emotions that can come up.
One is the series of emotionsthat are in the fear based realm.
(06:33):
It's like, what does this mean?
What do you mean?
I've been around before?
I have energy.
Is this a calmer thing?
Is it a bad karma thing?
Is there stuff sticking around thatI actually don't want to look at?
What is it that I really see?
Like I don't know if I wannago down this rabbit hole.
I don't know if I wanna open up thiswhole concept of looking or acknowledging
(07:02):
things in the past because I'm not sureI'll like what I find, particularly if
there are energies there or experiencesthat we've had in this lifetime that
haven't been favorable, that have ledto trauma, that have led to emotion or
feelings that are quite difficult tonavigate, it's very easy for us to think,
(07:25):
well, you know, if I'm struggling to.
Experience and work through the thingsthat I've been in this lifetime.
How on earth am I gonna manage?
Looking back into the past, pastlifetimes, past experiences, what's there?
There's a lot of fear that cancome up around that, which.
(07:46):
Sometimes we are not even conscious ofthe fear can be buried so deep within
us that we are not actually conscious ofit and we just completely shut it down.
And refuse to look at it.
So this is one of the first thingsthat we need to find the bravery
to navigate because if we can movethrough the fear of what is there,
(08:10):
what if, what happens if I look and I.
Don't like what I find, if we canmove through that, we can get to the
magic that exists on the other side.
And I think just like navigating lifeas a human, you know, when we are brave
(08:31):
enough to ask hard questions or face thethings that we are so incredibly terrified
or afraid of, we find strength, we find.
Parts of ourselves thatwe didn't know existed.
We find power and courage and above all.
(08:51):
This has been my experience is thatwhen we're brave enough to actually
look into the shadows or look intothe things that we fear and find
that bravery, find that coverage, weactually find self-love, which as I
get older, as I navigate this journeyof mine deeper and further and higher.
(09:14):
I'm realizing that self-love is themost powerful thing that you can find.
It is like the holy grail of all ofthis work, and this applies to looking
back into our energetic past as well.
Because if we can move through thefear and look beyond that, we can find
(09:38):
even more powerful levels of self-lovefor ourself that we can bring back
into our body, back into the currenttimeline and really source ourselves
with, which just changes everythingbecause when we are full of this
incredible sensation of self-love.
(10:01):
It becomes so much easier tojust navigate things in this
timeline in our day-to-day lives.
All of a sudden, the things that weused to fear, we used to feel like we're
absolutely Out of our realm of possibilitywhen we're fueled and filled with that
(10:22):
sensation of self-love, everythingbecomes possible and we start to.
Almost, I wanna use the term careless, but it's not about caring
less about possibility and magic andbeing excited about what's coming.
It's like the things thatwe feared around judgment.
(10:44):
Or being excluded or not belonging.
Those things have less of a hold overus, have less power over us because
there is so much self love here thatthe things that we used to obsess
over hide from or protect ourselvesfrom, they just don't exist anymore.
(11:07):
And so this is where it is so powerful.
If you can harness yourbravery to really remember.
Everything that you are on a spirituallevel, on a soul level, on an energetic
level, but also on a human levelthat can be poured into everything.
(11:28):
It can be poured into your relationships, remembering the types of relationships
that you've had in the past, the thingsthat you've navigated, the boundaries
that you held, where you had yourvoice, and were able to speak up.
It becomes this antidote, this medicineto some of the challenges that we face
(11:51):
in our relationships now where we dofeel powerless, where we do feel like our
voice is shut down or we have no control.
Reaching back and remembering whowe have been in the past, the good,
the bad, the hard, the difficult, the traumatic, the triumphant.
All of a sudden we are more, than justthe experiences that we've had We are
(12:14):
more than just the relationships thatwe've navigated in this lifetime.
It's like, oh wow.
I remember.
What it feels like to be in a relationshipwhere I felt deeply loved to be
cherished, to be seen, but also to bestrong enough to set the boundaries
(12:37):
and the line in the sand that says,no, I'm not gonna tolerate this.
I deserve this.
I remember what it feels like to behonored, to be respected, to be loved.
Going back into that repertoireof who we are in the past.
Remembering that energy and then pullingthose threads, pulling those memories,
(12:58):
pulling that energetic body, soul, physical, energetic memory back from
the past or from even our ancestrallines, from the power of our ancestors,
those women and men that we are.
Ascendant from the past thathad those memories as well.
(13:20):
We can draw all of that and pull that intoour physical form right now and be able.
To navigate what we are goingthrough in our relationships with
so much more certainty, so muchmore bravery, trust and love.
So much more love.
And it goes the other way too.
(13:41):
We can remember how deeply.
We are able to love and care forothers and the compassion that we've
had, the ways that we've held othersin the past, the way that we've
been brave and supported othersin the past, and bring that energy
in as well into our relationships.
And similarly with our work, with our passions, with our
(14:04):
careers, we can draw on.
All of the experiences thatwe've had in the past and the
skills, the memories, the knowhow.
There's something that's.
Always been fascinating to me inmy own journey, particularly around
movement and being in my body.
(14:26):
And I've had, I've talked about ita little bit on this podcast as well
as more so in my second podcast, BodyDiaries, which is the place where
we share our real raw journeys withour bodies, particularly as women.
I have shared so many episodes in BodyDiaries, how difficult my relationship
(14:50):
and my journey has been with my body and.
I find it fascinating that with the bodythat I'm in right now, in this lifetime,
I've always had issues with stiffness, alot of, you know, I have, um, quite short
nerve pathways, which makes it reallyhard to stretch past certain limits.
(15:12):
But I also have hyper mobilityat the same time, which is this
really interesting dynamic between.
Can't stretch too far becauseit sets the nerves off.
But at the same time, having hyperflexibility in other areas, which makes it
really easy to stretch past those limits.
And so things like dancing, gymnastics, um, extreme flexibility
(15:37):
type activities have always.
been challenging for me in this lifetimeeven, although I work really hard on
it, even although I train really hard.
But there is also thesefragments of memories of being
super flexible, of being.
A powerful ballet dancer.
(15:58):
There's memories that feel so viscerallyreal of being a gymnast, of being
someone who was strong and a warriors.
And I know in this lifetime with theage when I was born and the age that
I've lived to all of those yearsso far, I don't have the physical
(16:20):
training or history of being.
A very flexible and very powerfulballet dancer or gymnast or warrior,
like they are not physical attributesthat I have had a direct human
experience in in this lifetime.
(16:40):
But my body knows those experiences.
There are times where I'm in danceclasses or certain fitness classes,
or even just general experiencein the lifetime, and I can feel.
The memory of past lives where I havebeen those things, there is a energetic
(17:02):
knowing that sits at a deep, cellular, energetic level that has come through from
those lifetimes that my body remembers.
And it's fascinating when that sitsthere because when we talk about the
context of remembering and Choosingto remember and choosing to tap in.
We can actually tune intothat energy that exists there.
(17:26):
We can choose to close oureyes, calm our minds, and choose
to be shown, ask to be shown.
Say, okay, show me.
Show me what it feels like.
Show me what it felt like, what thatpast life was, what that body memory is.
Help me feel it.
(17:47):
Help me see it.
Help me bring that into my body right now.
Help me remember that and tap into that.
To improve my ability right now, toimprove the movement, the flexibility and
the strength, and there will be thingslike this in your lifetime as well.
You'll have a naturalaffinity to something.
(18:08):
Even though you've never beentrained, you'll have a natural
knowing and inclination.
You're like, why?
Why do I feel like I've done this before?
I know in this lifetime,I've never done this.
I've never had this conversation, this training, this is a
foreign skillset to me.
Yet there's this deep part of methat just knows how to do this even.
(18:34):
Although right now I'm notphysically built or conditioned
or trained in it, but I know if Iconsciously continue to tap into it.
This could build.
And sometimes we feel that and the mindwants to just write it off, like, oh,
you're being silly, you're being crazy.
You must have seen it on the tv.
(18:55):
You must have read it in a book.
Or you've overheard it,or you're just dreaming.
Um, and your energy is being hyper-focusedand ambitious and focusing on the dream.
So therefore, I'veentangled it in my mind.
The mind wants to create this kind ofstory for us to be reasonable, to be
(19:17):
safe, to be protected from others, hearingus or seeing us tap into these things
and be labeled as crazy or kooky, or.
You know, just making them feeluncomfortable because we're talking
about concepts that are beyond theircomfort zone, and so we shut it down.
(19:41):
We use the logical mind to keep us safe, and we kind of close the door on it.
But here's the thing, when Iallow myself to really tap into
those memories of being a dancer.
My body moves differently.
There's a different level ofconfidence that comes in, and I
(20:04):
consciously and deliberately choosethat remembrance and like remember.
The warrior energy.
Remember the dancer energy.
You've been strong before.
You know what this feels like.
You know how to push through this, you know how to tap into this,
and it is amazing when you havemindset like that, how different.
(20:27):
Your actual physical experience becomes, and the power that you're able to source
and the change that you're able to source.
But not just that, the fear thatyou're able to transcend, the bravery
that you can harness to actually dothe things that you wanna do, because
it's no longer being clouded by a.
(20:48):
Unknowing and it's no longerbeing clouded by fear.
All of a sudden you have a whole othervisible, tangible in terms of energetic
feeling, experience that you can tap into.
And so this coming back to workand purpose and passion, when
(21:10):
we're able to tap into theseprevious memories and experiences
of who we are, we can start to.
Broaden our horizon, broaden whatit is that we create, that we do,
that we dream of, because all of asudden it's not just a fantasy, it's
(21:30):
not just a wild, crazy, luxuriousdream that we hold for ourselves.
If we get into.
The field of holding that dream, but tapping into the frequency of
remembrance, of memory, of pastenergetic signature and fragments.
(21:51):
All of a sudden that dreambecomes more tangible.
It becomes more achievable,it becomes more.
And it also fuels our passion, ourwillingness to take steps because we all
know, and I, I talk about it a lot inmy work and in this podcast, that I'm
(22:11):
a huge advocate of the action of microactions, of getting into action around
our dreams to take our steps forward.
And when we've got a dream.
But we also have a remembrance andan energetic signature that we are
leveraging, that we're tapping into.
All of a sudden taking those micro, eventiny little baby steps and opening the
(22:37):
door or having the conversation feelsso much more powerful because we're
doing it from a place of being armed.
Being armed with wisdom, with knowledge, with insight, with remembrance.
'cause we've done it before.
Or we are tapping in andleveraging the remembrance of
our ancestral lines as well.
(22:58):
and even beyond this.
This is the other powerful thing.
Yes.
It's our past experience.
Yes, it's our ancestral lines, but we are surrounded by source
and filled energy in every single.
Moment of our existence in the physicalform and in the energetic form when we
(23:19):
pass on from this lifetime as well, we aresurrounded by energy, by source, by the
field, and so we can also remember whatit feels like to be plugged into that.
As well to be constantly plugged in,checked in, able to receive wisdom,
(23:41):
knowledge, knowing experience that existsin the field from other forms of energy.
So even if you're not convinced thatyou've had a certain experience in a
past lifetime, or there's an ancestorsitting in your line that has the, the
dream or the experience that you arereally craving, you can just tap into
(24:03):
where that dream exists in the field.
And this is the beauty of everything thatwe are able to achieve, and particularly
in the creative space, particularly whenwe have a dream or an idea of we want to
ground that into a physical experience,a physical project and event a.
(24:25):
An exhibition, a catwalk, a gallery, a,a retreat at, and anything that is taking
an energetic dream or an energetic ideaand creativity and grounding it into
physical form, it's so incredibly powerfulto tap into our ability to remember what
(24:48):
it is like to be plugged in on all sides.
So not only are we physically.
Making something tangible, butwe are making something tangible
that then itself is plugged in.
That itself remembers.
For example, if we were working togetherto create a incredible fashion design.
(25:14):
Launch, right?
You're a fashion designer and you wantto bring your incredible visions for
the pieces, the couture, the art, theliving, clothing based artwork into
this world, Being unique, rememberingwho you are into the exhibition.
We will look at your past lives, your energetic signature, your
(25:40):
remembrance, to bring that backinto a physical visceral connection.
Into the work, into the artwork, intothe couture that you are creating, and
we look at what we want that to say, what we want that to feel like for the
audience, what we want that to buzz andcreate in terms of a field around it.
(26:06):
We plug into the remembering of pastexperiences in the field so that we
are not just working from an idea.
We're not just working from a beautifulsketch of a garment or a couture
that gets produced and sewn and puton a model and walk down a catwalk.
We plug into every single part ofthe energetic remembering of that.
(26:30):
What does it look liketo really be connected?
Every single audience member eachmodel that is walking down the catwalk.
How do we help her tap into her ownremembrance of brilliant goddess energy.
How do we get her to tap into thatso that that is then translated into
the space as well, which catalyzesthe experience for the audience.
(26:51):
How do we attune the music to incrediblepieces of music that have changed
generations over lifetimes of experience?
We look at every single facet of thedream of the experience and how we
can remember what exists in the fieldfor each individual to then plug
(27:15):
it all together so that what we arecreating isn't just idea to delivery.
It is idea in its purest, highest energetic form.
Into its highest, purest physical formthat changes everything and is beyond just
(27:38):
the usual physical experiences that wehave, because everything becomes plugged
in, it becomes alive, and it's not justabout us as the creator of the project or
the experience that is the most important.
Character of the remembrance.
It's plugging the remembranceinto every single component.
(28:03):
It's the audience, it's the suppliers, the people that we get into support this.
it's every single piece of thisexperience, this idea, this magic
being plugged into its remembrance.
Because what we are able to do then isstart to heal and shift out and change
any of those lower fear-based frequenciesthat can creep into a project that
(28:29):
can just shift the energy enough thatthe experience then becomes like, ugh.
That was great.
It looked great.
Like it was spectacular.
It's just there was something thatwas missing or I just, I couldn't
connect with the designer or I couldn'tconnect with the facilitator or I
just, I, there was something missing.
(28:50):
That's what happens when we haven'tgot everything remembering and
plugged into the power of the past.
The power of the energy that residesin every facet of the project.
It leaves those spaces for usto trigger fear and trigger.
(29:11):
Just those gaps in, I don't know.
It was great, but I can'tput my finger on it.
That kind of feeling.
And people are really aware when thingsfeel off, like we all know what it feels
like to have that niggling doubt, havethat niggling, oh, I just, I don't know.
There's something about this that I justdon't like, that I just can't gel with.
(29:35):
That's just.
For me, and usually what we are pickingup on is someone else not being fully
plugged into their power, not being fullyplugged into their own confidence and
knowing, and people that we work with, our audiences, the, the world around us,
(29:55):
that we are creating these things for.
Are able to pick up that.
And so if we can spend that time setthat dedication to really plugging in
to remembering everything that we areand using that remembrance to really
face our shame, face our fear, facethe things that are scary, but rewrite.
(30:21):
The code, rewrite the story to no.
Look, I am someone who has anddoes feel this fear, but I'm
choosing now to let that fear go.
To remember what it feels like tobe the warrior, to be the designer
in full, plugged in creativity tobe someone who bravely takes action.
(30:45):
Because I love what I do.
I trust what I do.
I trust that my magic, my medicine,my work is yet an antidote.
It is a medicine to the world.
We can really plug into that energy andoverride any of those moments of fear.
And facing the fear is what reallysets us on that incredible trajectory
(31:10):
of success beyond our wildest dreams.
And when I say success, I'm nottalking about just financial
success, I'm talking about that.
Core, deep down in your soul success thatjust makes you feel alive, makes you feel
like you're here for a reason, and you'reletting that reason live through you.
(31:34):
You're letting it move throughyou to the point where.
the breath that you breathe and thelife that you give to others, to
yourself, the things that you create.
Are here to leave some sort of a legacy.
And even if that legacy is justhealing someone else, inspiring
(31:57):
someone else, making a shift, makinga change, and it can be on a small,
tiny little scale, or it could bea global scale or a global stage if
that's what you are yearning to do.
I'm betting if you're listening to thispodcast and you're in my frequency.
We are one of the same beautifulcreatures of wanting to do things that
(32:22):
touch the lives of others on a biggerscale, even if we're afraid of it.
Even if deep down you're like,I'm not sure I'm ready for that.
I think I'm afraid of that.
There is a reason why you're being pulledtowards these concepts to be finally
tapping into all that you are to remember.
(32:44):
Everything that you have within youbecause you are here to do something
incredible, something big, somethinggreat in only the way that you can.
And this is the beautiful thingabout remembrance from an energetic
and spiritual for place, is thatit makes us even more unique.
(33:06):
Like as humans, we are unique.
We hear this all the time.
You know, we are very unique in theexperiences that we have, the way our
physical and energetic form is expressed, our fingerprints, all of these things.
We hear this talk about beingunique all the time, but quite
often we don't feel unique.
(33:27):
We feel like we get up in themorning and we do some sort of.
Or a routine and we have somesort of a work and we have some
sort of relationships or familyor commitments, and they might
slightly vary, but as humans, wecan start to feel very similar and.
(33:48):
That essence of being and feeling andowning our uniqueness can get lost
inside some of those mundane, routine.
I kind of feel like everybody else, butjust with a slightly different flavor.
It can get lost, but this is where whenwe are tapping into this remembrance that
(34:10):
goes way beyond just the routine thatwe're in, or just the life that we're in
and the experiences that we've had today,we are tapping into an incredible depth
and breadth of experience of energy, which means that the unique combinations
in which we can express ourselves become.
(34:32):
Even greater, like they'realready infinite, but we can
start to feel the gravity.
Of that infinite potential,we can start to feel like
everything really is possible.
'cause that's anotherthing that we hear often.
Everything is possible.
(34:52):
Dream big.
You can create the life that you want.
You can achieve anything.
Everything is possible.
We hear that a lot, but again, wecan get stuck in the human thinking
around that of like, well, yes, it'seasier said than done, or I don't have
the means to do that, or I haven'thad the upbringing or the culture or
the experience to be able to do that.
(35:13):
And it becomes a little bit lip surfaceyand feels less attainable over time,
particularly the more that we hear it.
But when we are tapping into theremembrance of infinite potential
from an energetic past life ancestral, and also everything that exists
(35:33):
around us in the form of the field.
All of a sudden it's like, oh my goodness,I can really feel that land in my bones,
in my body, the real potentiality ofwhat is possible, what is here, and
I can start to see if I can rememberthat skill, if I can remember what that
(35:57):
feels like, if I can remember how to.
Harness, I don't even remember howto harness, but if I can remember the
feeling and then harness that, bringthat into my body, into my memory, into
my soul pattern, my programming, ifI can bring that in, oh my gosh, this
(36:18):
does feel like it is possible for me.
This, this goal, thisdream, this potentiality.
If I can actually harnessanything that's possible for me.
That I can create anything that I want.
Those micro steps become easier, more tangible, more feasible,
more attainable, and we canstart to move faster and further.
(36:42):
One of the sayings that you might heara lot is just fake it until you make it.
And I don't necessarilydisagree with this.
there is a place for this sayinglike, fake it until you make it.
But what if we just decide that we are.
Faking can quite often be coupled withdisbelief or not trusting, but if we
(37:06):
decide that we have been something, if wedecide and remember that we are something.
That changes the game completelybecause we are not trying to
pretend or act a certain way tobecome something we remember.
We decide we anchor in andwe step forward as if we are.
(37:30):
We therefore are.
It's not even about becoming,it's like it's certainty.
It's, it is in the energy of certainty, ofdecision of movement from a certain place.
So therefore, being able to achievethose dreams, getting into that life
that we are craving into that potential.
Taking those even tiny baby microsteps forward become so much
(37:55):
easier because we already are.
We already as if we want to be.
It's just anchored in, it's ready to go.
And I know I talked a few episodesback about this language of certainty.
Like just claim it.
And it's amazing when we quiet themind's back chat of well, you can't say
that because you're not, or, I don'tbelieve you, or you're an imposter.
(38:18):
When we quiet the mind and we getinto the energy of remembrance.
If we remember something,it already has been.
It exists.
It was, it is a certain type energy, whichis so much more grounded in us already,
versus I'm just gonna tell myself andconvince myself of something that is
(38:43):
a very different energy because we arehaving to take it from outside of us.
We're having to kind of put itinside ourselves somehow where.
And adapt ourselves to earth.
That is very different to just rememberingthat it's already part of you and
expanding that remembrance or thatpart of you outwards to then act in
(39:05):
the way that you have already done so.
It's like deeper, it's grounded.
It's in that cellular.
I just know this is the way typeenergy rather than that external.
Well, I am going to take it and then.
Hope that I've convinced myselfenough that I am this thing.
(39:25):
And so this is why taking the timeto really tune into yourself to
remember who you have been, whereyou've come from, the things that
you've navigated, the the skills, theenergetic resonance of who you are and
where you come from, you can start to.
Map that and ground that into yourselvesand put that into your day with
(39:53):
every step, every breath, every word.
It's like, you'vealready done this before.
I'm just gonna be this again.
It can change absolutely everything.
And all it really takes ismaking that decision to remember.
Of course, the invitation is always there.
(40:14):
If you want help to remember that,if you want help to see and go back.
I'm always here if you're feelingcalled, to go deeper in this together.
But you can just start this today.
You can just tune into this nowstraight after this podcast.
You can pause it right now andto start tuning into who you are.
(40:38):
You.
Can already do this.
You have been doing thisfor multiple lifetimes.
You have been tuned into the field before.
This moment, even now.
The first step can be just rememberingwhat it feels like to remember.
Ground that in.
Because it's going to change everything.
(41:01):
