Understanding Your Power (Part 2)

Power.  Comes. From. Within. 

Great.  We got it.  We’ve heard that so many times before.   

Why don’t we do it?  Why don’t we trust our gut and sometimes give up on the idea that WE CAN BE POWERFUL?  I believe one of the reasons it that things can get messy and not turn out the way we thought they might.   We always bring the receipts with anything we talk about in the form of real-life transactions: 

My development company recently purchased a condominium in the Denver metro area and remodeled it and resold it about a month ago.  Once again…there was much more to the story that illustrates the definition of power.  

The Buyers were veterans who had been turned down again and again and again because nobody in the market likes to take VA loans because they are "difficult to deal with. "
The property DID NOT appraise at contract value but $10k LESS than value. 
We accepted the offer since because we made the decision to do the right thing. 
AMAZING things happened post-closing and we may do future business together. 

Being an OWNER is a great responsibility, but it also creates an opportunity to influence others in way that creates winning outcomes for everyone that can change the world.
