Ugh it's been a bit of time away as I had technical difficulties and had to re-record this episode! So please keep in mind when listening, the emotions and hurt I was feeling in regards to this friendship/situation deff have subsided but I still felt it was important to talk about it and remind myself and everyone else that setting boundaries does not make you a bad person!
