I've missed recording so so much!! I'm so happy to be back and so much healthier; mentally, physically and emotionally. My life is a roller coaster and especially my mental health! But in today's episode, I kind of break down what I've been working on these past couple of months that I've been MIA and why it was crucial for me to take a break and come back strong.
