189. 40 business + life lessons for 40 years

Tomorrow is my 40th Birthday!

I’m celebrating the big 4-0 by jumping on a plane and spending the entire month of March on the East Coast visiting my favourite city and spending time with some of my favourite people.

Every year when my birthday rolls around I find myself in a very reflective mood. And there’s nothing like a big milestone birthday to put my reflective mode into turbo!

Over the last few months and especially with Ned’s passing I’ve found myself looking back and thinking a whole lot about life and business and where I’m at as I turn 40 and start my 5th decade.

It’s no secret that the last 12 months have been some of the hardest of my life – year 39 will not be one I remember fondly but it’s definitely a year where I’ve learnt a whole lot more about myself and what I want for my life + business.

So in today’s episode of the How I Do Content Podcast I’m going to share some of my reflections with you – these are my 40 business + life lessons from 40 years.
