Today , I invited Cynthia Ligon (a fellow Wim Hof Method Instructor) to come and chat about how she found the Wim Hof Method and what it has meant for her. Because of her medical background, Cindy started out in a position where she was helping people with challenging illnesses from day 1. In fact, the first person with whom she practiced the method had turned to her for help with debilitating anxiety during the covid shut-down of 2020. Needless to say, the results were inspiring and Cindy continues to inspire healing and empowerment to her clients in Boca Raton, Florida.
