I was this close to taking a break from the podcast. I even recorded a message to pause. After nearly 6 years of showing up every week, I felt like I was ready to step back.
But then… I sat with it. I lived in time, like I always talk about. And I realized:
This podcast is not just a project. It’s a conversation, and I still have something to say.
So instead of pausing, I’m resetting.
Today, I want to invite you into a 180-day challenge — not about doing more, but about becoming more intentional.

Who do you want to be in 180 days?
Not what you want to do. Who do you want to be?
