Mike has over a decade of hiring experience and after going through multiple layoffs and job losses, he took to social media to bridge the gap between frustrated job seekers and recruiters as he had become both. He built a network in public from scratch and in under a year gained 300K followers across social media. He used his platform to launch his own consulting company working with both job seekers and start up companies on how to improve hiring before taking on his current role of Director of Talent for Teal. He has built a reputation for always going to bat for people who need the support and focusing on how things are and how to best navigate them, rather than focusing on how we wish it was and just discussing what should be different.
