Mark brings deep expertise in human resources and is a recognized leader in the field of workforce analytics, with a focus on the use of data to help define & shape culture. Prior to joining Inari, Mark held senior HR leadership roles at Indiana Packers Corporation, CGB Enterprises, ConAgra Foods, and International Paper. While at ConAgra, Mark was the founder & leader of the organization’s people insights department. Mark holds a MBA from Indiana State University and MA in psychology from Eastern Illinois University.
