Tony Castelbuono is currently the Senior Director of Compensation at
Village MD. He is a human Resource leader with more than 16 years of leadership
experience working for small, medium, and large healthcare, manufacturing, and
technology companies. During this time, areas of responsibility have included
compensation, global mobility performance management, HRIS, health and wellness,
rewards and recognition, employer of choice initiatives, and an HR internship program.
Earned a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Accounting from Southern Adventist
University and Masters in Business Administration for Webster University.
