Last week, I drove more than 400 miles, two career
expos, two high school visits,five hundred kids, parents, and
teachers.
And in one auditorium, 75students sat together, eyes
wide, listening, wonderingwhat's possible.

All in three days, and I didn'tdo it alone.
I had help from my innovativeradiology family, people who
believe in the same mission,people who understand that
exposure can change everything.
Every mile had a purpose.
Every handshake, everyconversation, every spark in the

students' eyes reminded me why Ido this.
Because too many young peoplehave never heard of healthcare
technology management.
They don't know this worldexists, the world that keeps
hospitals running, that saveslives from behind the scenes.
And that's when the questionhits me.

If I don't, who will?
We always wait for someone elseto step up, someone else to
speak, someone else to go first.
But sometimes, purpose doesn'twait for volunteers, it waits
for you.
400 miles later, I realizedsomething.

You can't measure purpose incomfort.
You measure it in impact, insweat.
In the moments you show up whenyou could have stayed home.
This isn't about perfection,it's about presence.
It's about saying, I'll go, evenwhen you're tired, even when

nobody's watching.
I watched kids light up whenthey learned what HTM is.
I saw teachers lean in.
I saw parents nod with pride.
And right there, in thosemoments, I knew this wasn't just
a career fair.
It was legacy work.

It was purpose in motion.
If I don't, who will?
That's not pressure, that'scalling.
That's what turns an ordinaryweek into a movement.
So to my innovative radiologyfamily, thank you for standing
in the gap with me, for helpingcarry the message, for reminding

this generation that theirdreams are possible.
Because purpose doesn't wait,and neither should we.

A mindset we all need.
