There are so many things I want to do, I hope to live to see them all through.
I can’t watch a whole podcast without thinking about my own.
So I knew it was time to come back and speak my truth.
I’ve made some really big decisions in the past year, and while trying to do it all, I found myself losing it.
Crying in my bed feeling completely overstimulated.
Trying to mute the city noise and the push to do more, and more, and more.
I finally broke and started seeing a new therapist, in person, in my baggy clothes with tears. She’s helped me pick apart what works for me and what doesn’t. Each session I’d arrive and say “Okay I’ve changed my mind. I have a completely different idea of what I’m supposed to be doing.”
Nothing felt right until I landed on this. Human to Human. The podcast, the blog, the book one day. All that I am building by myself, for myself, from myself.
So thank you. Thank you for reading, for listening, for sticking around as I’ve been on and off creating for so many years now. I can’t wait to keep doing this and really seeing what it will turn into.
