TW: Death, Grief

Questions explored:

  • What is RSD?

  • What does it mean to ‘unmask?’

  • The expression of grief does not have a timeline

  • How can you be there for others while also making room for yourself, emotionally?

In this week’s deeply moving episode of the HumanAF Podcast, host Keri-Anne is once again joined by her close friend and ADHD life coach, Michelle McIntosh. Together, they embark on an emotional journey as they revisit a profound conversation they had a few weeks ago, one that sparked a shared emotional experience. This candid discussion delves into the raw and authentic emotional challenges they both encountered during this pivotal exchange.

As experienced life coaches, they share that they, too, can struggle with maintaining the delicate balance of supporting themselves while being there for each other during this transformative event. They offer insight into the steps that paved the way for this emotional encounter.

Additionally, Keri-Anne and Michelle explore the intricate relationship between ADHD and emotional expression, drawing from their own experiences to shed light on this connection. This heartwarming episode is a poignant exploration of the trials of grief, the strength of resiliency, and the enduring power of love, even when faced with life’s most complex emotions. Join them for a heartfelt conversation revealing the shared humanity beneath their coaching roles. This episode will resonate deeply with anyone who has ever grappled with the complexities of their own emotions. Don’t miss out on this transformative and soul-stirring discussion!
