Natesha Smith-Isabell, Ph.D. is a behavioral scientist, U.S. Army veteran, and strategic wellness leader with nearly two decades of experience designing trauma-informed, equity-centered programs that support women navigating critical life transitions. As the CEO and Co-Founder of Arabella Wellness Center Inc., she leads holistic wellness initiatives that serve women veterans, healthcare professionals, and educators—populations often overlooked in traditional systems of care.
Blending behavioral science with community wisdom, Dr. Smith-Isabell’s work spans peer mentorship, mental health education, and culturally responsive wellness services. Her leadership is grounded in research, guided by lived experience, and committed to healing-centered engagement.
