Today we will be talking with Andrea Poulton. Andrea, is a certified health-coach in a variety of areas, but specifically with adults & seniors. She is also a runner, but a runner with a particularly difficult challenge. Andrea was diagnosed in 2007 with multiple sclerosis at the same time she found out she was pregnant with her third child.
